Hi Folks

                  Was over last weekend and went to see an advisor at the CAM bank in the hotel at Mar menor for a mortgage through them.Was offered the Euribor + 1% straight off and went over some figures with her.

When got home went to my financial advisor who had a list of other lenders for a euro mortgage and nobody could touch the CAM banks.So going to take mortgage out with them

I've found the information, re. Euro mortgages very useful, even though I'm not actively seeking a mortgage at the moment. This is due to the fact, that I've not been given a completion date (J879). More time to save the pennies!!

Just one question however, if someone can answer. I completed NIE paperwork that was sent by Polaris. As I understand it, I will not receive the NIE no. until the day before the property is handed over. In terms of arranging a Euro mortgage, does this present a problem, if I try to arrange something else in advance?

Does anyone know how long it takes to arrange a spanish mortgage is it about the same amount of time it is here in England.
