Just had phone call from our excellent keyholders informing us that our patio furniture and others have been found around the pool area, looks like someone has had a bit of a party and decided to borrow furniture, without returning it.  As a lot of the furniture looks the same this kind of activity could  lead to problems if we have to retrieve what furniture we 'think' is ours from the pool ourselves!

Let's hope this is one off from an inconsiderate renter.

 

i too noticed this going on last week but only realised that the person lying on lounger did not own it when i saw him return to a flat which was obviously not occupied.
the same renters were also very noisy at 3am one morning - but were soon approached by security after which they were not heard from again - dont know whether they were put out or just their last night.
they were in block 35 at time.
i dont know if there is maybe a number to call to repoert noise at this time and maybe someone could post here if there is?
im no prude but there are limits to noise at this time eh.

Although we have insurance to cover all our outside furinture, for the time it takes we always bring it inside when the property is vacant.

I know some of the management companies just cannot be bothered as i have seen in our block furniture left out when the owner thought it was secure inside.

I know you love making blanket statements Dave, but most management companies will if asked and wont if not!!!!!
