Hi,
I think I have found the program on Monday night on Channel 6.
On laverdas website navigate to Multimedia, and then Canal 6 en directo, and then, follow the link El Debate under Martes, 03/06/2008.
Everything is in Spanish so I can´t tell what they are saying.
Perhaps someone fluent in Spanish could verify.

Check my previous post under "the mayor speaks out", it is basically the jist of the whole programme, a definitive answer from the mayor as the situation is at present.
