Hello again. The problem I have is that I have an office here and would not like to go to court.

I have recently signed with them.
I hope their marketing and on line booking system is as good as they say.
I want to set a link from my own advert/site direct to their booking system.
Has any one done this?
They have not answered my emails for 3 days,
They have answered the phone though but as "reception" and confirmed receipt of some photos I sent them.

Hey disneyrex
Dont think you can post a link as from the research I did when I was thinking of signing up is that they basically use On Holiday Group for bookings and thats it.
There are companies out there that have technology that you can have on your website that gives you online booking in conjunction with everything else but they are few and far between.
I may be wrong as they may have updated their system since I was looking at them.

Hi all
try searching for this outfit in the uk data website and it states that they posted in the London Gazette on 22nd May 2009 that they were to be struck off the companies register. Search again for an explanation for the term struck off.
Bye Bye money I think!

A bit of research and a meeting with someone who actually worked for RR - has thrown up the following:
1. Ready Rentals are a front for a more sinister activity - money laundering/prostitution
2. they work from a 2 bedroom house in Mijas so that they don't have to face angry customers - they have no contact numbers either
3. They will not pay you any rental at any time
4. they will try every sales trick to get you to part with your money to join their website which only has 4 properties! So anyone looking for a property will not find what they want. They do not have partnerships with thousands of other suppliers, nor do they have millions of hits to their site - it's all a lie!
5. They trawl all the legal rental websites to find your details and then call you with irresistible offers
5. they will use your property for their own means and for their own people - that's why you will never see any rent!
6. You will be landed with huge water, electricity, cleaning and any other bills.

Very interesting, but seems a bit confusing.
I have numbers for them, which I can get through to them no probs (getting action on the otherhand has been a stuggle from day 1), they have an address as well etc. They emailed a while ago to say they's moved and they had new premises. Can give details I have if required.
I had a possible rental mentioned to me in December, but this wasn't confirmed and confronted them when i saw my bills in Feb had jumped up for an unnocupied apartment. They eventually admitted they had a booking and that they owed money. Chased hard as this didn't materialise and eventually got the rental money out of them. Well out of contract payment times though.
Apartment wasn't cleaned as they had said it would be, as part of the rental. They told me that apartment was clean after the rental, so I got my cleaners to check on this and they had lied. Got them to also do that (as was what they had said they would do).
Has anyone been to their offices? Does it exist? They didn't like the thought of me coming down a while ago, but mentioned they were happy to have a meeting (maybe only lip service?).
After this row about the booking (above) got some bookings for this summer. Worried if they will actually happen as few people off this thread have contacted me to say that their bookings cancelled just before they were due to arrive!
Spoke to the MD previously and it was a bloke.

It would seem we may have fallen for the sales talk too.
We were chased for months and after checking out On Holiday Group and meeting the sales guy we eventually signed up with RRP around Feb 08. It took 7 months before they managed to get our property listed but as we already had summer 08 booked up with our own guests we weren't that worried. RRP did all the cleaning and meeting & greeting of our guests which - to date - they haven't billed us for. We had good reports back from guests about the state of the apartment so didn't have any reason to question them. We have been to the apartment on several occasions ourselves and it has all been well looked after. All the cleaning and laundry has been done by them - again with no bills to date.
We also visited the new offices in Fuengirola in April (having previously been fobbed off about location) not long after they moved in. They still seemed to be getting organised but there were several people there answering phones and it all looked pretty kosher. They also dealt with a couple of issues we had with no problem.
We have had about 4 weeks bookings from them so far this year, guests in the apartment at the moment for 2 weeks and (in theory) have the whole of the summer booked out by them too. However we haven't as yet had any rental income. We have spent the last 3 weeks chasing them to find out what the situation is with cleaning bills etc and when the balance of rental income will be paid and have received a number of emails insisting this is being chased. However this week I cannot get any reply to emails and the phone number just rings and rings. After reading this thread we are now getting seriously cold feet !

There web site is now closed and the emails get returned as un delivered.
They do not answer the phone.
When I paid in february i paid 1 amount for "property management" and 1 amount for "rental & marketing" however I signed up with "Ready rental Property" but the 2 amounts were paid via paypal to "key lounges"!!!!!
I then had an email receipt from "RRP".
Key Lounges do not answer the phone or reply to emails either.
I am now trying to get my money back from key lounges. I paid more than 120 days ago so the credit card company wont help!
Key lounges have a UK head office in Coventry I now need to find out if anybody is there or it is just a mail box.

Ready Ready Property ripped me off too. I made the mistake of giving them a credit card number on the understanding they wouldn't take money until I had seen and agreed terms and conditions (they asked for the details first in order to speed up admin as there were loads of bookings waiting to be filled - blah blah blah) Foolish me.
Terms and conditions were not emailed to me until after money had been taken from my account. When I saw the terms, there was no way I would agree to them. However payment had already been taken by another company, called Day Cooper Adams Ltd. Worth Googling)
Ready Rental Property and Key Lounges operate on a very shabby level. Most of their sales talk means very little in reality. For example, the repeated claim by their sales operative that all booking were covered by ATOL. Have a look at the Onholiday website (their main site for rentals) - it clearly states, at the bottom of the first page, that bookings made through the site do not qualify for ATOL protection.
Obviously the people who run Ready Rental Property, Key Lounges, and the On Holiday Group monitor this forum, and it would be interesting to hear their point of view. I doubt if we will hear from them. I notice some of the earlier posts complaining about Ready Rental Property have been retracted. I wonder why? I'm not very bright, so I can't guess.
Ready Rental Property, come on and stand up for yourselves. Maybe we've all got it wrong.

Key Lounges always maintain that they are not connected to Ready Rentals infact Key Lounges MD, *** EDITED - See Forum Rules. *** has written to that effect
Her e-mail address is *** EDITED - See Forum Rules. ***
Over a period of time I have chosen not to retract any of my comments about this group and perhaps I have been correct

The Ready Rentals website was active up until Friday this week and my emails were not being returned but you are right - is now closed down and I get returned emails.
I do have a contact name for Key Lounges in malaga airport and a phone number which I got through to last week. He said 'Ready Rentals are really busy on the ground at the moment with all the bookings coming in and are stretched a bit thin. Keep trying them'. That number now goes through to an answer phone. A line ? on is that what they honestly believe ?
Looking for some urgent advice on how to proceed here.
Apparently, according to a neighbour on our community, there are people staying in our spartment at the moment. Ready Rentals had told us that there was a booking form Monday 15th for 2 weeks so this wasn't a surprise. But we urgently need to get the keys back and change the locks. Should we try to evict these people ? (I suspect they are probably innocent holidaymakers who booked via the On Holiday group). Should we try to get the keys back from them when they leave ?
Any good ideas gratefully received

Given that they have probably paid and have an agreement to rent I don´t think that you can evict them but ckearly you need to minimise any loss
You mentioned a neighbour because what you really need is for somebody to speak to them, ideally a property management type company, and explain the situation to the renters
Obviously you must provide the new third party with written authority to prove this to the renter
You then need to establish when they are leaving and arrange to collect the keys and change the locks. If somebody turns up representing RR then they need to get their full details as chances are they are a third party company
If they have instructions to return the keys to Key Lounges at the airport you obviously must stop this happening while things are unclear

I cancelled my contract with RRP last week. I emailed them at all the 3 email addresses i had for them and copied in Key Lounges in Malaga. Asked for confirmation of receipt and acceptance of terms. Haven't heard anything from anyone.
Glad I did this last week, after reading info here. Guys, if joining this thread now, would advise reading all of it. Certainly get your locks changed - maybe that won't put an end to it though?!?!
Seems what I always thought would happen, has happened.
Very doubtful anything can be done about RRP?

We contacted the president of our community and he has been and spoken to the people in our apartment. As suspected they are just on holiday and totally oblivious to any problems. Needless to say we don't expect to see any of the money they paid !
We have arranged with the president that he will collect keys on our authority and change locks once they have left.

I think we're all in the same boat, letting our property and not being paid for it, and have probably been 'had' by this outfit called RRP. I threatened them with legal action, but have heard nothing for ages. Aside from going over to Spain at extra cost, I can't think what else we can do.
