Heard of Ready Rental Property???

I have emailed all douments I have to watchdog.

Ready Rental Property T &C's and lots of other stuff including NOT my claim that the money was paid to Key Lounges,

but my receipt for the money I paid to Key Lounges from Paypal.

Heres hoping these scammers can be routed out!!!!!!!!!!

I urge other people in the same boat as me to do the same.

Were watchdog interested in your situation and do you know how they go about investigating these situations.

Do you have a numbe rthat I could contact them on.

We have had and still have problems with 2 other rental/letting agencies in Mallaga and Elvera which I would love to exxpose.

All I know regarding Watchdog as far as I know, is that if they get enough complaints or this is the highest type of complaint, they will contact us with questions and then investigate - but knowing our luck, what will the chances be?! If anybody can think of anything else other than Watchdog, we can all do that as well. Here's to RRP bashing.

Looks like RR are out to scam every one in their path! Ive been muged and sucked in to their lies and promises like everyone else!! I was approched by them to be a key holder and property manager for the rentals in Cyprus! They have not paid me for any of thier rentals for over two months and can not belive what they have done to every one. I have no contact details for their clients who I hold keys for, and I do not want to be assoceated with them in any way shape or form I am owed over 2000.00 euros from this company, and I dont think I will ever see it, your right they are just like MRIa load of Charlatans!!

Guys, read Roy (Inspectahome's) post again. I misread it at first as well. He's quoting from an email from her and isn't his opinion. Thanks for the quote Roy - good detective skills!

Maybe this woman, who has to be nameless due to EOS rules (but sounds like a green / black hors d'oeuvre, eaten with bread, with and "ia" on the the end) has duped everyone, including the government?!?! Mind you in the Costa del Sol cash for land scandal a few years ago, that doesn't hold much in the way of a professional accolade!! Makes me feel a bit more normal. 

Maybe she's nothing to do with RRP, but due to the key holding relationship that Key Lounges and RRP share, is hard to believe! Sure she'll have knowledge of the RRP guys and be able to force the issue to the surface if for no other reason than to clear her name and clear her association with them. Maybe she's really in up to her neck it and will just run away with them?!

Who knows, but everyone is innocent until proven guilty. On that note, maybe she is completely unaware of the situation and  problems we have highlighted? Maybe she needs the opportunity to set out her stall and end speculation? Enough info on here for her to fomulate a general response for us to work off though I'd have thought.

Roy (or anyone else), if you have any contact info for her, maybe you could inform her of this so some answers come forward. Seems enough info here to warrant something, instead of all of us endlessly chasing our tails. Done enough of this with RRP.

I will not go into all the details here but needless to say I did hear back from the person directly and she wasn´t very happy with my posting and I am waiting to hear from her again as she is advised me that she would be speaking to the forums hence I am asuming the removal of her details as MD of Key Loungers

Just some background weeks ago when this whole thing started and people were making the comments that money paid was actually to an account for Key Loungers I actually wrote to her giving the opportunity and receiving assurances that she would address the issues as RRP and Key Loungers were not cnnected and nothing happened

I then wrote again suggesting that clarification and the S*** really only hit the fan when her details were published on the website but agian I am certain that nothing has been publihsed or that no clarification has been made

Again statements continue to be made that the 2 orgainsations are not connected howvever I find it odd that all of the partners listed, the holiday company, the car hire company etc for the 2 are identical and of course RRP was a strategic partner 

I am certain that this person could do a great deal more to help duped people which I all I have been suggesting

RRP and Key Lounges - not connected?!?!? You paid your money to RRP and left your keys at Key Lounges for tenants. RRP took bookings and the tenants picked up and deposited the keys at Key Lounges. Apparently owners and tenants could grab a cup of tea / coffee etc whist they are there! No extra money was paid to Key Lounges for this service, as was included in the original whack from RRP.

Key Lounges have previously chased me for the keys I took from them when they had RRP bookings lined up.

I just called OnHolidayGroup to ask what the status is of bookings we have with RRP.  A fairly dis-interested lad told me that they had stopped all dealings with RRP yesterday and were now trying to identify all bookings sent to them.  He had no interest in talking further with me and was not concerned as to whether or not I assumed his clients did not exist.

I think we should ask On Holiday group to comment on our woes.  I see on their website that my community Pueblo Salinas in Vera Playa, Almeria is still listed as a Self Catering Hotel but when I try to find availability the website says there's none & recommends other properties. 

As the owner of the "Home from Home" brand I think that the CEO of On Holiday Group should take some responsibility for the misrepresentation & downright fraud of RRP.  I think he should give us his views.  In fact I'm going to ask him for proof that the money paid by my June holiday makers to OHG was ever paid to RRP.  If it wasn't (& this is possible because RRP said that OHG terms were that RRP got paid 30 days after the holiday makers holiday) then OHG could be holding some of our money due from rentals.

I know for a fact that the lady in question left MRI and joined up with the owner of furniture direct worldwide, the reason was to grow the business of FDW into a rental and furniture arm.

She introduced RRP to The On Holiday Group and that gave them the sales tools to  sell to us lot. This was by all accounts a success and she took it to where she wanted to go. She then left and set up her own company Key Lounges of whom recommended both RRP and FDW, why? Because she was involved with them all, and was also on the payroll.

The lady in question and the Ex MRI Director are also good friends of the owner of The On Holdiay Group, so it is unlikely they will be willing to answer our questions.

RRP had boiler room style sales offices in Fuengirola and paid sales staff handsome commissions to sell a none existant rental package, of which the lady in question had set up and subsequently has benefitted handsomely.

The owner of FDW was an ex director or MRI  who stole the data base and used it to scam 100s poss 1000s out of money. The owner of FDW recently closed the company and has gone to ground hiding with the money he had made from both FDW and RRP and the courts of Spain as he is also wanted for data theft.

Other companies involved that have also vanished are Gloavista Red and European Mediation, was she involved with them, i dont know.

Key Lounges also use the MRI databse illegally and are also under investigation for data theft and I imagine it will not be to long before they and the lady in question disappear also.

You may wonder how I know this, I have recently got to know someone very well who used to work for MRI and informed me of this after I had told them what had happened to me.

Regardless of what the lady in question tells us, she is ultimatley responsible as she is the one who set the company up in the first place, she has also lived off of our hard earnt money that we have paid to RRP.

On a final note I am going back to Fuengirola soon as I have heard that key lounges HQ is now in or near the same offices as RRP, so I will be paying them a visit together with my Spanish Lawyer and the police.

In Spain there is also something called a Denuncia (I am sure you know anyway) what we should do is denounce key lounges for their involvement with RRP and demand our money back from them. I will be issuing mine when I go over!

First of I believe that regardless of any accusations made against the various people in question it is important to maintain some balance and hope to perhaps get some input from the lawyers on the forum

Key Loungers may or may not be involved financially with RRP however as far as the product is concerned they are delivering the service, in the shape of the lounge and keyholding that Key Loungers customers are paying for

I therefore believe that you could not denounce KL for something that woyld be difficult to prove in law, a financial or ownership link to RRP unless of course you could prove, as alleged,  that you paid money to RRP that actually went  a KL account as the lady in question wrote to me advising that if they paid KL then they are a KL customer 

Next it actually was a number of databases that RRP and other organisations like European Mediation and FDW canvassed not just the MRI database but also clients of Instant Access Properties (IAP) wher ckearly the database security must have been very lapse

I have actually met some other old MRI staff who delighted in telling me that his business for add of services, funrinure, keyholding rentals etc were generated by takng a copy of the MRI database, sometimes I wonder about their considretaions on data protection

I don´t need to critise MRI as there´s enough bad press around the various forums and much of the inspections that we are doing are for MRI clients so I haer comments first hand 

Ther seems to be an increasing number of these organisation springing up, all promising to deliver results for, a payment in advance and none of them having any track record of success so please remenber if it seems too good to be true it will be

I agree with Frankierey, I think the CEO of Onholidaygroup.com should give us an explanation of what has happened to RRP. He has a good reputation in the travel industry which I am sure he does not want to be tarnished.  I joined because of exposure to high street shops and emailed him. Although I did not get a reply from him,  the staff at RRP knew I had contacted him and told me when I met them in Furengirola.

I am yet another victim of RRP. They scammed a large sum of money out of me and then disappeared. Their website has expired, all emails bounce back and no one answers the phone.

Is there any proof that RRP are no longer trading?

I've come across some information which might be of use to someone out there.

RRP's status with Companies House is Active with a proposal to Strike Off. However, the Registrar has received an objection to the Striking Off so the action has been temporarily suspended. Can anyone shed any light on that?

I also have 3 names and addresses for the directors of the Company in the UK. Two of whom live at The Oaks but one lives in Bucks.
