Inspectahomes, further to your comment:
Checking the domain they only registered it in June 2007
The domain was registered on the 25th of June 2008, not 2007.

The confusion stems because there are two different websites:
Domain Name: READYRENTALPROPERTIES.COM
Creation Date: 25-jun-2008
and
Domain Name: READYRENTALPROPERTY.COM
Creation Date: 19-jun-2007
You're right, sorry, it's the second one we're talking of.

How are these guys actually surviving? They are obviously a bunch of sharks who must be reading this forum as it is number 1 on Google for their business name!
I hope no other innocent souls fall for the lousy tricks.

They now have someone named Alison phoning and emailing property owners. (No doubt she is reading these posts - Hello Alison.) Their email contains an attachment which purportedly provides information, but actually tells you nothing. Could we organise some kind of poll of forum users to establish exactly how many members have received a booking from this company, how many members have not, and how many members feel they are a bunch of rip-off merchants (preferably with evidence to support that assertion). Many thanks, Bill

ive had similar experiences - they claimed to have 20 properties on their books innmy development so i asked if I could have a word with some of their contented partners - they basically hung up.
If you get the chance do what i did for a bit of sport , play along with them and when they start talking about initial fees say you'd gladly accept a fee from them to be part of their books given they wil be making money off of you. It made me laff as they struggled to understand why I didnt want to pay them.
Bunch of con artists.
I'm trying to find more about resale strategy who want to sell my property. I wonder if they have a legacy too.

I paid my money in august and had second thoughts and third thoughts .....I have had 1 rental in 18 months from my developer and have been trying to sell but not a chance. I have got 3 bookings through them so far . The weeks are cheaper than I wanted but my mortgage is paid next month..... I will let you know if the bookings keep coming.

Hi All,
I have just joined 'Eye on Spain' and am interested in this thread on RRP. I am very interested to hear reports from people who have joined up. Some people seem to have joined but not given any recent updates.
I have property in Cyprus where they claim to be active also. Their information sounds very plausible but their style smacks of salesmanship, but maybe that's business!
I told them I was reluctant as I could not see any new benefit from what I have at the moment. I have been relatively successful with rental websites. They have now offered a new deal (for a limited number of lucky people!) which involves no money down. They say the offer is in order to prove how good their business is & I have decided to take them up on it. You don't get anywhere without taking chances.
I will keep you posted on the results of this venture. If it works well for me it can only be good advertising for them, but if not - well it is not going to do them any favours. We will have to wait and see.
Take care all. This message was last edited by Networker on 10/24/2008.

well, from what that tells you it would seem they are quite genuine. Offering their services for free until they prove they can provide what they say they can!!..sounds like a win win situation.
I agree with your comments nothing ventured...just hope they work out. will be interesting to hear an update from you.
Where abouts in Cyprus are you?

I didn't say it was free, I said no money down. They will take the revenue from the first bookings that they make. Many people, me included, are reluctant to pay out hundreds of pounds when they do not appear to have a provable track record. If they get me bookings they will end up making more than if I paid their annual fee, but at least I will know it works!
At the moment I have property on the East coast of Cyprus, near Protaras.

Hi Networker -We have a place in Peyia on the West cost and I am on the fence like many other people & you are the first person that has mentioned the "free" offer.
Still not heard from anyone who has ACTUALLY received any cash from them.
Did they also promise you the 2 bookings to choose from?
When did you sign up with them?
Have you had a look at the online bookings service yet? How are you finding it? Have you seen your property advertised on the other sites as yet?
Cheers

Hello Falklands
Everybosy has to start somewhere, before making judgements check it out, i replied to Jonpaul to advise him on his property in Cyprus, we are a fully legal , registered and reputable company entering our 6th year in the rental market, if anybody wants any free advice on how to market their property please feel free to contact me, Spain , Cyprus any location can use the same formula. some clients dont want the day to day hassle that comes with property rental, but some people quite enjoy the thrill of marketing and renting to people they know will appreciate their property. everybody is different We work on a non commitment fully flexible package and if annbody wants flexibility then my advice may help...
