Dear Justin,

Sorry to ask but would it be possible for those that want their house at Jumilla and are purchasing there to have a dedicated thread only available to them.

The useful information is being lost by the likes of Alm and Julie Anne who have nothing to do with SADM.

We very much value your site and the efforts you have gone too to provide a valuable resource but can't get on with all the rubish being posted.

YES a secure SADM purchaser area would be very helpfull. We could still have a public one but also an area where we as a group can communicate politely. Thus enabling those who are put of by the abuse to place postings etc.

Hi I agree if this happened people would not want to share information anymore it would be silly.I for one wouldnt share any more info.Here is the link to the news paper article that started all this nonsense .I couldnt post it before as you cant post web links until you have made 10 posts .Just click on the text and it should translate the page. Sally and Julie, you are being tooooo sensible now.

Just an idea so that those that want to focus on wanting their house can without having to sift through lots of other stuff, but fine with me carry on with ALM, he knows much more than the rest of us.

Julie Anne thanks for your comments about people not getting their house before pushing up daises, lots of people here are retired people, I bet they thought your comment was great.

The rest of us want as much information sharing  as possible Knowledge is power surely you can see that.Try to chill  .I think anyone reading this can see that it is you and tonymals attitude that make people want to wind you up .It is important to see everyones point of view and allow people to express opinions what ever they may be.You keep saying things like I am not going to bother with this forum anymore or bye for good this winds people up  Why  ? becuase you give alot of information on here and people dont want to limit thier access to information.When you try to have people bard from the site and  try to have a closed forum It winds people up why ? because they lose information.If you and tonymal wind people up they are giong to wind you up .Knowledge  is power  and thats what people want .Dont  try to minimse the sources of  knowledge .Just becuase someone  has no information to contribute now doesnt mean they wont come up with something really useful to us later.We need everyone.Now I am giong to apologise for the Daisy comment I meant it a an expression to mean a long time rather than to offend any retired people .Sorry

The only thing that I have said that winds you up is that I want my House and that people should have choice. I have not attacked you or made snide remarks. I find it incomprehensible that you have no concept of how to behave. I wished you well despite your comments and you get respect by behaving in a conciderate manner. Your knowledge is power speel is fine but a little knowledge is a dangerous thing, and knowwledge without wisdom is usless.

It is time that you realised that we who want our houses wish those who do not good luck as we would do to any purchaser.
You on the other hand do not extend the same courtesy, which is a shame. Exchanging information is about respect manners and appropriate dialogue, not barrating people or throwing insults. You have not even apolagised for making a remark that could be offencive to some purchasers or for forcing arnoldg to say he will no longer post, i did to you last night!

I have recieved PMs in support and despite all of the abuse a large number of people are on board with Iwant my House and SARC. Others are now waiting to see if it is possible.....................What are you doing? Are you trying to help and do you wish for people to get a positive outcome?

I am as are others are trying to get a positive outcome and to give people the opportunity to have their homes. What is wrong with that?

I want my House and I am going to get it and I want you all to get yours too!

You ARE mad    and you      how many times do I have to say this    do not know what I want  because you have never had the common courtesy to ask me you only presume to know.  YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT I WANT
perhaps you will now also see how aggressive a typed message looks when the sender uses capitol type and bold letters all the time and stop doing it.
This is why you wind people up I have seen more nice people reply to you roughly on this forum than any other poster  you drive people up the wall

This is all getting ridiculously out of hand and needs to stop. Pleas for everyone sake stop the bickering and back biting that is going on. The SARC campaign, great for those that 'Want my house' but we have to remember there are also equal, if not more, amounts that also want their money back. definition of forum is open speech, and i'm afraid that is what this forum has not turned into. So suggestion, since it's under this thread.......Tony, you now have a dedicated website to SARC, it's very easy to add a forum to a website so I'd suggest you do so and those that wish to pursue this objective may openly join and post amongst those alike, yet still keep an eye on what is happening here if they chose to do so. 

I do have to say, with reluctance, recently it has become the ' I want my house' forum and all other information has been drowned out which cannot be allowed to happen. Once upon a time, I used the word 'antagonist' to describe ALM, but didnt take me long to realise it was i who was being the antagonist and hopefully have learnt from that mistake. Julie is correct, Sally is correct, we have to look at what we, ourselves write before we condem others, if someone challenges what is said, fine, freedom of speech - open forum but lets not allow it to degenerate into what its becoming, I've seen other forums follow the same downward spiral and in the end people end up not wanting to post any info for fear or reprisal, or worse still, and it's happening here, turn on each other. Fact, a far higher percentage of people read this forum than actually post, what message does it send to them when a small minority capitalise the messaging facility for their own purposes, be it me for business, Alm, julie Ann, Tony mal......any of us, non of us have a monopoly on this site, it's free and open to everyone to post, so lets start getting this thing back on track and share useful information, be it good or bad..

Arnold, only using you as an example and it's not personal, if you don't like what you read (as i don't), just switch the damn thing off, like the tv or radio when something you dont like is being shown. If you opt to follow the conversation and text, then you only have yourself to blame if it gets to you, I learnt this lesson long ago. Tony, sorry fellow but recently it has become the 'I want my House' show which does undermine those that do not want to follow that route, what should the other parties do, ask Justin as well to set them up a seperate website......lets get real !!! I for one am reluctant to post messages on here anymore, and those i do, get lost in the tirade of abuse thats currently being posted.

Now i know this will get some negative responses because human nature declares when someone points a finger we go into defensive mode, but before anyone does, take time, as I have, to think if im being personally attacked or maybe i am justifiable in the wrong.

Truth be known, if the urbanisation does go ahead, i question who I am getting as a neighbour now !

Well said Darren we are all in the wrong for the insults but I have tried to make peace with these guys on numerous occassions 
It is impossible to have any kind of meaningful dialogue with them its getting tiring  .
My problem is that it is too early for anyone to make a choice about what they are going to do it would be crazy at this stage. 
If they  are100 %  sure as they say they are that they are  going to get there house why have  they bothered to go down the legal route at all.
I have not yet said what my real beef with them is  but now I will . 
There tactics have at least two elderly couples I know not going down the legal route because they really believe that the I want my house mob have got it all sorted and there is no need for lawyers .Every post they make should be accompanied by a warning that people should seek legal advice what they are doing is dangerous and selfish.There are many of us who want our house  the idea is good but the strategy is soooooooo  wrong I cant be apart of it .
There you are I am now outed Just wait until you see there reaction to this fury fury and more  fury

All i can say is that if you do start a private thread for SADM. .............................................. 

Please be aware that the money used to develop SADM includes money i have invested with the same company.  I am not here to subsidise anyone so i would visit the new private site and i would comment on anything i wanted to whenever i wanted to.

Unless you can have a secure site, with a lock and key and police it with bouncers, all you get is a different name on a site, with the same posters and the same discourse.

Suggesting a different site is like quite a few comments, its not thought through is it, its just a thrashing around and throwing toys out of a pram.

thats my thought anyway, for what its worth.  Happy posting.

Well said Darren, lets get this forum back on an even keel! I use this forum for information, its where I found out SJ were going into Administration. I log on every day and get frustrated having to sift through all the drivel looking for relevant information to our plight. We should all be working together , no matter what outcome we want out of this terrible situation. Whether you want your money back or your house is really irrelevant, at this moment we are all in the same boat and at the mercy of the courts and administrators. Please dont stop posting Darren, we look on you as our man with his finger on the pulse, as you are living above SJ. Your information has been very helpful to date.We don`t want to be falling out with each other, as Darren said, we could be neighbours!!!!Cheers Joanniemac
