I really dont want to upset anyone I am quite well known for speaking my fears and worries aloud on here .It has got me into trouble before.We all agree that some Lawyers are taking advantage of this situation and who can blame them (me) theres probably not alot of work around re the credit crunch etc.Therefore in order to get fees from us would it not be to thier advantage to make out there are accounts with our money held .We are hardly likely to part with more hard earned cash in fees if they say oh theres naff all left and SJ are about to go into full liquidation.I hope someone can prove me wrong the whole thing is getting too scary for me I am seriousley considering walking away. Ps my mate hsa got 2 quads in El pinet he is over there just now (lucky beggar) wish I bought when he did at least hes had a good few years worth of using them.Has anyone thought of going after the agents in the courts many of them are in the wrong and still quite solvent I know mine is ?why go after the co with perhaps nothing left .Sorry but I dont trust anyone anymore HYAGWYW

Hi Julie Anne,
I can understand your concerns but solicitors are officers of the court and to deliberatly lie would I beleive get them into serios trouble. As for the info re the deposits it came from Anna M and we can all check it with our own solicitors or perhaps ask Martin.

Hi Tonymal If The Spanish authorities can stand by and watch thousands of innocent people being defruaded out of thier life savings ,holiday homes and new lives in the sun sure as soon as one solicitor tells a lie they will be right on the case come on

Hi Julie anne,
As far as I know the courts are not standing by while people are being defrauded etc. They have appointed administrators and we have been given confirmation that the deposits are in the account and the court controls it. I think it is best not to panic but just to get a reasonably priced solicitor to represent you and check up on it for you. Or just ask Martin if he can help.

Tonymal with all due respect they most certainly are why should we have to pay thousands to get what is legally ours its a disgrace.BGs are there to protect us under the Spanish law why oh why should we have to pay to enforce the law .Its appualing.Just read on another thread about some poor guy who doesnt have the money to pay a lawyer come on its criminal.He is asking what happens after the 30 days does he loose everything .Its shocking.

I wouldn't take that as read, I have been called into our solicitors as a matter of urgency tomorrow at 10am so I suspect the clock may have started ticking. Not here to panic people but as i said before, it might be worth checking the situation with your own individual solicitors. i cannot think of another reason why mine needs to see me so urgently.
