Habitation certificates are imminent

 

Hi All

We are in Naranjos Jardin 8. I have just had a phone call from Silvia in PW completions advising me that we are expected to complete end Sept beginning Oct.

As we are booked to come out 19 to 26 September I asked if it would be possible to complete that week, she said she will put us down for completion on 25 September.

I am 52 years old and at the moment feeling like a 12 year old waiting for Christmas day. Need to calm down now and think about all the things we need to sort out, I think reality is starting to kick in. now were did I put that medication.

Just to let you know I am dealing with Silvia and due to complete very soon she has been very good!

Hi does anyone know what is happening with the area that was to be used for the town centre ' al Agora' as this town  centre now seems to be moved to the area between both jardines and naranjos

I got the call from Victoria yesterday and as i was at work and couldnt really talk i asked her to email me with all the stuff she wanted to talk to me on the phone about so i gave her my email address and when i chacked this morning for it      ----------------------      NOT THERE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was out viewing the show apartments in Los Naranjos jardin 5 & the bottom penthouse apartment last week, they all look great.

called around to the new info office on Condado & was told they were building the large town center between Jardines & Los Naranjos first then looking at the smaller town centres later. I think PW main concern is to get the large town centre up and running first. 

I'm in Jardin 4 & was told the keys for all Los Naranjos apartments would be handed over by the end of the year, which was a shock at first but exciting when it sunk in as my due completion date wasn't until June 2009. How many people have been contacted already in Los Naranjos? Anybody in Jardines 4?

Hi Fran,

Reading the completion tread on the Naranjos forum completions have started to come through.  Ladylola in garden 4 has been given a date on Oct 24th.  I'm in garden 1 and haven't got a date yet, when I asked customer services said that completions would start on Sep 22nd and that all of Naranjos would complete by Xmas.

Exciting times.

We pre-empted things with the completion date when Polaris rang as we will not have our funds available in euros until mid October. The lady we spoke to was very accomodating.

Has anyone booked there flights yet? I was told not to until the completion paper came through confirming the dates.

I guess no one else has had the paperwork?

I have just come off the phone to PW completions department regarding a couple of queries I had with my completion date which have now been sort of resolved.  I will be completing on the 14th/15th Oct, assuming the habitation certificates are ready, but was told that I wouldn't  receive any paperwork confirming this until about 1 month before this date as they didn't know which notary they would be using etc.  We were lucky because we had already booked flights out for this week to look at furniture and lights etc, so it won't really be wasted trip for us.

My guess is that if you wait until the paperwork comes in from PW then the cheap flights will have gone.  I am sure I have read on other threads that if you go out to complete and you can't because the habitation certificates aren't ready then PW will pay for your power of attorney, although I suppose it doesn't get round the fact you've paid for flights.

I suppose not an easy decision to make.

If you wait for PW to give you a date between Sept 22nd and Xmas no doubt it will not suit but if you contact them at customer services (completions)  I am sure they will agree a date with you. It creates more work for them rearranging dates.

Barry I have agreed a date of 20th October but they are still telling me not to book flights yet as they don't know which notary they are using.
