No hangover, just real excitement that its actually all sorted. We are ouit in October half term to experience a bit of semi camping by candle light at first! And to shop, shop, shop!!

Congratulations on you completion, you have just become our very close neighbours, we are in 1272, completed June 18th. Perhaps we should start a Garden 12 thread, I don't think I've seen one yet, and don't know anyone else in our garden, so its really good to hear from you.

We are in Mallorca until the end of next week but will send you a PM with our telephone number and email add, in case you would like to make contact.

We shall be in Murcia from the 17th to the 26th staying at the La Cumbre in Puerto de Mazarron whilst sorting out furniture etc., Hope to join the gang at the Bar on the Saturday evening.

Hi near neighbours,
                                    Just got back in to a depressingly cold,wet & windy Newcastle airport last night, leaving behind 32 degrees in sunny Murcia. All went well with the completions process and snagging did not throw up any major issues.
We had a fairly tight schedule having to visit the NEI office in Murcia, snag the apartment on Tuesday, visit Cam bank office in San Javier, and attend Notary in Torre Pacheco on Wednesday, get some beds organised and prices for lighting and try and have a look round Puerto de Mazarron on Thursday. Managed to do all this and still had time for a couple of hours by the pool in La Torre one day.
With the information I have collated over recent months, mainly from this forum I have to say that together with Polaris' help in taking you throught the NEI process (fast-tracking the normal queues) the whole experience was remarkably well organised. The road network in the region is first class and most of the roads had very little traffic. I stayed at La Torre and using the new roads linking from Roldan exit of La Torre, I could do Condado in just over half an hour.
Spent Thursday buying a few things from the Brico DIY outlet at Camposol and then having a good look round Puerto Mazarron then back up the coast to Los Alcazeres before heading back to La Torre.
Posted some photo's (first time with photo's so I need to see them appear before I know if I am doing it right) of the Cafe/bar in jardines and also some general views of Puerto de Mazarron. Included some pic's of Mrs E & myself in the frame to let you all put faces to names.
Only thing I would say about Jardines 8 is that the kiddies play area is very sparsely populated ( one springy seat thing) and that the grass needs to knit together and green up a bit yet. Then some weed-killer might be called for !

             Tried to post photo's last night and again this morning but nothing seems to be appearing yet. Following the instructions and attaching jpeg like it says. Forum instructions says photo's will be reviewed before posting. Does anyone know if there is a set time lapse before photo's appear - I have seen two sets of the same photo's previously which might indicate others have done the same.

Hi, dont know if this will help but on an early occasion when I tried to upload photo's it wouldnt work when I tried 3 or more so I did just a couple at a time. More recently that wasnt a problem but it could be a blip in the system. However when it successfuly worked I was able to se the photo's almost immediately.

Are you sure the photos are not too big?

Could you take some pictures of the course - a few different angles etc.  The Missus is out soon for a week, but I can't expect her to get this request right (non-golfer!!). 

 Also keen to see if there has been much progress on Oasis.
