Dying badly - and needlessly

Apologies for not getting back to you earlier... August weekends are obviously a very busy time for us.
I'm not sure why your opinion includes the premise that I am somehow querying the honesty of either an individual or organisation, when if you just take a minute to think about it logically it's actually the complete polar opposite.

I supposed I could have posed as another owner, used a pseudonym, and asked the same question. Chances are good I would have got the information I was looking for - after all, most of the info is already out there in the public domain. However, because we operate a completely open policy, I didn't. I used my full name as my user name, signed off using my proper name, and gave my company name too. All our prices for all our most requested services are right there, on the website. I guess that could be perceived as strange, or different, but we just see it as normal trading practice. The thing that I find strange is how this is fast turning into a witch-hunt....

Hi All the question was in the earlier thread is it the same Carol?   yes it is.    If you want to know the answer to the correct cleaning and keyholding price then please ask AJW.   This is the forum member with whom I have rented with for October so that I can furnish my appt and put up my lights.  I do know Carols mobile but as you may well understand I am not obliged to give it out without her permission.   But as AJW is in contact with her she may be able to help you with the answer.
I did put £40 but I may have got mixed up with the euros.

Thank you Ruth&Peter&Krystal for your sensible reply. I totally understand that you can’t give someone’s phone number out, and I wouldn’t dream of asking that of anyone. Thanks also for the referral to AJW – I won’t follow through with it as I am now in contact with someone else with a direct link, but I really appreciate the fact that you’ve taken the time and trouble to put finger to keyboard to tell me about it.
