Hi,
Can anyone recommend a company that does very good quality furniture packs? Have been to Murcia furniture which seems excellent but pricey. I am in Spain to complete
next week.

HI Sharon,
We looked at Murcia furniture too and it seemed one of the better places, and like you said anything half decent is expensive.
After looking around we decided to just buy decent beds and sofas, from Castor in San Javier, so at least we can stay in the apartment while we look around and get something we really like, as were not renting we're not in a hurry. They do furniture packs as well as separate items, might be worth a look.

We've gone with Je Ne Sais Quoi on Torrevieja - worth a look if t's not too far out of your way. They're not cheap but we liked what we saw.

Zbed do some nice furniture packs as well as single items. They are based in Camposol also there are furniture shops in Mazorron. I got my beds from furniture direct in Pilar de Horadao. Its cheaper to buy individual because you get what you want, only down fall is you have to shop around and put up your own curtain poles etc

Hi There,
Can you tell me a bit about bed shopping? We are over in October to buy all the furniture, can you tell me if you can take the furniture the same day from the shops you mention or is there a delivery period. We were hoping to hire a van and just get everything sorted in a few days?

We ordered ours today following a visit to the shop in July we have bought everything from them including white goods down to teaspoons. Matt will then put up curtain poles shower screens make beds clean etc ready for our use. Happy to send their website to anyone.

Hi all,
We've ordered our furniture from Muebles Direct near Torre Pacheco, it's just a minute's drive off junction 790 off the AP7. Diane's really helpfull. To give you an idea we got a double storage bed for 390 euro's, twin storage for 350 each. They are delivering all our furniture in October.

Hi there
We also liked what we saw in Murcia Furnirure but found it a bit pricey. After looking around several shops for several days we decided nothing quite matched the quality of what we had seen so went back to Murcia Furniture and asked them for a price for the furniture pack we liked but without all the 'trimmings'. Taking away the cost of pictures, curtains, lamps,lights etc reduced the cost significantly aand we were very happy with the deal we got.
They also exchanged the sofa in the pack for a sofa bed at no extra cost so they are very flexible.

So can anyone give directions to Murcia Furniture and do they keep much stock in the showroom or does it need to be ordered?
We are going over on 16 September and were hoping to order and have delivered most of the necessary furniture while we are there.

we got our furniture on line from murcia furniture we ordered and paid in june to get delivery in august, said there was a six week wait. however might be different if you go to show room and try to arrange quicker delivery ,but i'm not sure how much stock they keep.we are still awaiting our sofa and chair from them and as we were going over in august they supplied us with loan ones .but they dont know when ours will arrive from suppliers.
