day trip to tangiers

Hi everyone I have been to Mijas Town Hall today with Juan, was taken to the department where Sol mijas Dev, folder was, it has now been approved, 
Juan will be in contact with all out lawyers next week, mijas town hall told me the delay was holiday time and they do not have a lot of people working there july and August.

great news....Hope we dont get any hold ups.We have flights booked for early October so look forward to mooving our furniture out of store and into our new appartment.

It is so great to receive some positive news for a change and well done Sandra for sharing such positive info. Like a lot of people this is such welcome news but no doubt the developer will want his money immediately. When we last visited our apartment we did a small provisional snagging list with Lourdes (6 months ago) which did involve one worrying element...damp wall in main bedroom due to water leak. With the now notorious lack of communication we have no idea if this and more minor defects has been rectified so hopefully lawyers and Juan will keep on top of this. Overall we were pleased with quality of finishing with the exception of the kitchen tops which has been well documented and like everyone else we look forward to completion but wish I had bought some Euros earlier !!!!!

Hi all, alot of paper work has had to be done by the developer and Juan, went to see Juan thurseday he said lawyers will be contacted by the developer next week, fingers cross.
