I have posted some pics of the Penthouse roof area and a couple of the Naranjos development on the Condado forum, along with some cpmments about the roof space that may be of interest to Penthouse owners (went up there last weekend).

Hi

Please can anyone help.  We don't want to be negative but we have issues with the garden size of our penthouse.  We paid extra for the garden and was lead to believe it would be 20qm (it is in fact 10sqm which is one of the biggest).  Polaris say they are not in breach of contract as they say all sizes are approximate (and that a diagram was with our contract saying it would be 17sqm (we never received this)),  which we understand but this is half the size.  It is like them turning a two bedroom into a one bedroom.  Please can anyone, who finds themselves with this issue and who has had any joy from anone Polaris/Solicitor ,contact us.  We don't want to be negative but we strongly feel we have been missold as we have a very young daughter and this outside space would have been lovely for her.  The appartments themselves are nice and more roomy than tgey look.  Good luck to everyone and once all of the teething issues are sorted, it will be lovely.

Sorry to hear about your problem. From previous posts, etc I'm aware that PW do have some leeway on sizes of the finished product (I seem to remember 10% being mentioned). However, whether that applies to the whole property or components of it, etc I don't know. What does your solicitor say ? I suggest you try and raise it through them prior to completion as this is the time you'll obviously have more sway with PW. Once you've completed you'll almost certainly have difficulty getting anything changed.

Dear Kevin and Elaine

Thanks for your reply.  Sorry I knew this thread was about air con but I just wanted to post a comment on the most recently used thread.  It is in the hands of our solicitor but I am not sure she is going to be of much help on this matter and just wanted anyone's oppinions if they have an issue like us.  Thank you for the comment about 10% that could prove interesting as that would appear what they have done taken 10% off of the overall build/terrace/garden size and basically taken it off of the garden and nowwhere else.
