Hi all, just incase you havnt read the latest on the thread 'swimming pool', it now looks like the community meeting is being put off until October (no date as yet). Please read Helens post and contact KM and the Administrator stating your wishes that 'our pool' remains open until after the community meeting when we the owners can discuss and vote on this issue. If anyone requires email addresses please PM myself Helen or Pauline.
This is an important issue for those of us who will be staying on the complex in Oct and on into April, and also for those who are renting out, because if the facilities are not available potential rentors will look else where that have the facilities they require.
Please send emails as soon as possible.

Just a small update, the administrator has confirmed again to me that the pool opening times at present are solely down to Keymare so it's them we really need to be getting on the back of. Also, for anyone who is not visiting their property in October so feel it doesn't bother them whether it's open or not please bare in mind that at some point in the future there may be an issue that you want our backing on so please back us on this one.

I have also received email from the administrator stating that KM have control of pool opening times up until the development is handed over to the owners and the management company.
But she did say she had received a number of emails and would contact KM to also let them know that many owners are coming and
expect the pool to be open.
So anyone who hasnt contacted KM please do so as soon as possible. It is not just about those of us travelling out in October, but also for those who are depending on renting out their apartments this could be a major stumbling block, as we dont have the luxury of an indoor pool like on Thalassa.

We have just received email from Petra at KM she says
We have spoken about this with the Responsible of the Client Care
Department, she will have a meeting next week with the manager about this,
so by next week we can give you a reply.

Hi everyone on veranda,
Have also emailed gemma, hopefully if we put enough pressure on then keymare will do what we want, after all we are the owners and if we are prepared tp pay for it then why not, will also be out in oct and christmas hopefully if can get flights, best of luck

Hi all
i have had an email today from the administrator saying that the meeting may be on 11th October but we will be informed by mail tro confirm. Good that there is a meeting but we still need KM to keep pool open until we tell them otherwise.

We got the same email, you would think that considering that so many will be out the end of oct that they would have organised it for then. But maybe there is method in their madness!!!!
