Hi Tony just wondered how much you got paid for your little promo article for moneycorp .I used them but they didn't ask me to do a promo but then again why would they I was not promoting sales and didn't have the same recommendation influence as  you. What did you get your money transfers paid for ? Come on Tony you are one of the people in life who have never done anything for nothing . There is more to your story  than meets the eye .I will not let go until the truth is known.I am not a vindictive person but I am a stickler for the truth. Hope you get what you want with out treading on anyone else on the way . JA

Whats this? More back handers? You couldn`t make this up. Truth stranger than fiction! It`s getting more sordid by the day, if its true. I for one will be glad when this is all over and I can get on with my life and not have to read anymore posts about SADM! Cheers Joanniemac

Hi Julie Anne

I admit that I am baffled by this thread - what article has Tony written? I checked SARC website and couldn't find anything there.  We have used a couple of different currency exchange companies to transfer money, and we didn't have to pay any charges, so if you have had to pay anything, I suggest using a different company (it doesn't have to be Moneycorp!)  Last night we looked online at a different currency exchange company that we hadn't heard of, which had been recommended by some kind person on the General Forum on EOS.  We may consider them next time we have to send money to Spain: we will no doubt look at several other companies at the same time.

I must now confess that I have written a couple of book reviews on Amazon and I was sent free copies of those books in order to do so.  I wrote what was my honest opinion though admit that I didn't say anything too critical.  Hope that isn't too shocking for this forum, however I wanted to get this out into the open before anybody exposed me and started a thread about Amazon......!

Sue

Nothing scandolous in the article Tony did not write it but is just quoted saying he used moneycorp how good they were etc then he gives some advise on what people should do to protect themselves when buying a property in Spain etc It was written in 2007 .Tony comes across as some sort of an expert /old hand at buying property quite funny really , shame he never gave the most important bit of advise  ie get a BG.

Again most strange. An elementary bit of advice is overlooked, which is highlighted by someone and for that, being honest and stating fact, you are accused of being boring and a  nasty  troublemaker.
It does not take a genious to see why some were sucked into buying without a BG.

Our businessman friend malc doen't like repeats, but that's tough on him, also, our businessman friend malc accuses of saying nothing of help, so:
PLEASE PROTECT YOURSELF AT ALL TIMES, IF YOU PROPOSE TO BUY, GET A BG.
GET PROPER AND GOOD LEGAL ADVICE.
TAKE OFF THE ROSE TINTED GLASSES AT THE ARRIVALS AREA IN THE AIRPORT.

Our businessman malc will not like this.
FOR THOSE WHO ARE INNOCENT VICTIMS OF THIS AND RISK LOSING THEIR SAVINGS AND TAKING ON DEBT. I AM GENUINELY SORRY AND HOPE THAT YOU DO MANAGE TO RESCUE SOME IF NOT ALL OF YOUR MONEY. SO SORRY FOR REPEATING THIS (AGAINST MALC'S WISHES), BUT HE HAS OBVIOUSLY NOT READ SUCH BEFORE.

Hi FIN

Now you have shared your advice with us all, and delivered your heartfelt sympathy, unless you have any new or progressive information for us..........

Maybe its time for you to go away now and leave us to make our own way in the world.

Most of us have done really well in life without you so far, and you are too late to prevent the bad decisions on this issue.

At the risk of sounding impolite, unless you have a solution for us to consider, leave it to us who have something to lose.

Cheers

briando55, you do realise, I would imagine, that you have no control or influence regarding me posting or not, as I don't over you.
Your thoughts are noted, but will be ignored.

Regarding progressive information, much of such has been posted, but a considerable amount has gone over peoples heads. As the prog says, the clues were there.

If doing really well in life is paying someone a few thounsand or more, for something shown on a plan or illustration, which hasn't materialised, then I obviously have different values and requirements, which maybe why I can afford to smile and throw money into legal representation for some involved and for no financial benefit to myself.

Ah, so only people who stand to lose money should be posting on here. Does that mean a lawyer trying to assist would also be barred?

Hi FIN

If you would care to just have a look at your 3rd paragraph on your last posting, and go through it word for word, and then explain to me exactly what it means and what you are saying, i think i might have a response for you concerning that.

As for the other paragraphs, for instance a lawyer would have something progressive to add.....by the nature of their expertise.

JA.....your posting seems to be confrontational for some reason......but to answer it in a controlled manner, my advice to you would be to keep checking for new information and keep posting any news you have that is of help or assistance.

That would safeguard your interests i would think, dont you?  Keep posting when you need to eh.

The BG you have seems to cover your loss but you might get info about when they start to get paid out and if anyone gets costs and interest etc.    Would that be your major concern now maybe?

There is no way i can stop anybody from posting so i dont understand the reference to that......from my point of view i like to see postings that are relevant and not waste time looking through stuff that is no use to me or seemingly most other people.

I think i have the right to say my piece as well...dont you agree?

HI JA,
Thank you for mentioning Moneycorp through whom I transfered all of my money to pay my 30% deposit for my house. HHMMMM I paid for my house though moneycorp and on the SARC leaders thread you were saying what? By the way I also have the PM exchange between Martin and i when I asked for confimation that I was on the creditors list.

Any way what did I get for a 5 minute interview over the 'phone. A very nice bottle of champagne, which I gave to my neighbours daughter for her birthday.

So personally I got nothing. nada, zilch because I did not want anything just like now. All I want is my HOUSE!

So thanks again JA .
