Lawyers have until  9th January 2009 to reply to the report.

You must congratulate them on their timeing yet again. Aren't most Spanish lawyers  on vacation until then.

See my earlier posts that important documents are often released and the commencement of holiday periods.

Now I sit back and wait to be rubbished again, for being sensible that is.

Our lawyer is working.They only have a short break at Christmas.

Is that reply to the report?........I reckon that will just be to let the court know if any names addresses or amounts are wrong, misprinted, mis-spelled etc. basic stuff

Anything that challenges it will probably be done through an individual lawyer challenge wont it?  From now

 it is also the opportunity to challenge the creditor status. I agree with FIN I knew this was being released to tie in with the holiday period. They are a disgrace. Tony I dont know how you have the cheek to come on here and say what you say.

I thought the creditor status was already challenged prior to this report.  My lawyer had told me my status and options a few weeks ago.

The challenge to status is going to cost extra as i understand it................but i agree, its more than co-incidence that holidays are around when publications are made.

That seems to smack of cowardice to me.........?

Mind you, thats no more than you expect from a company who don't  communicate properly with their customers, and choose a website outfit of around 50 members or so to hopefully deliver a message 'everything will be ok, just see'  to as many people as they think they can.

 My understanding is the same as yours. Our lawyer also challenged this some time ago but I think that this is formally where their intentions are written and the formal window to challenge if not already done? Like a last catch option for those who so not have proactive lawyers!

Like Bob said.. we have waited all this time for the report.. Its a report that says what we knew before..That san jose are dishonest poor business people who will try to screw owners wherever and however they can.

And yes they are cowards. I really am surprised there still remain people like Tony who want anything to do with them.
