Im new to this type of thing, owning abroad etc.
I am not a permanent resident on CDA (lottery numbers not quite there yet) so a forum like this is excellent.
However, without compromising peoples home security here it would be useful to know who are the permanent residents who could help us novices out for things like recommended key holders, handyman, cleaning, airport runs etc especially within each garden/complex. I have guys coming from Mazzaron and further to do jobs on recommendation. I am sure there is facility to post services here and on site but as the threads get longer it is more difficult to remember where you have seen what.
As I say It is difficult to keep info on here secure (lets face it anyone can join and get info on who is permanent and maybe who isnt so please be careful what you post), but can we have say a thread which has peoples 'skills' and their garden location maybe not apt number. Contact can be made through the private messaging and even feedback posted.
This is all off the cuff, what do you think,
