Hi All , Has anyone thought about forming a residents committee for San Cayetano.We would be willing to be a part of any such committee and to assist in the formation . We\are at present living in Orihuela Costa while waiting for our quad in december 07.We visit the site regularly   as we are only 20 minutes away .We have discovered that most complexes have comittees to aid the well being and friendly atmosphere  for one and all. Also to discuss and work out solutions for any problems that may arise , as well as organising social events etc.

One thing that springs to mind immediately is the question of garden sheds for storing the overload of household belongings as well as garden tools  etc  We would welcome this,   as we think, would many others  because as we all know, we do not have lofts   in any of the properties, which we all use for storage back home

We complete on our quad this month & when we asked our agents about the residents committee we were told that Taray would be involved in initially setting this up with the residents.

We have been unable to find out when the committee would be set up. As properties will be completing from January 2007 until mid 2008, is it set up at the beginning or when all properties have been completed?

If you are visiting the site regularly would you be able to find out anymore information?

We are back out on the 27th January. What is the weather like out there at the moment??

We too would be very happy to be on the residents committee but don't complete until Mar 08. I suppose it will be set up with the first residents and then just keep growing until the site is completed.

We probably won't be visiting the site again now until October, as we already had a couple of holidays planned to other desinations before we bought in November. We would really appreciate any new photos of the site, especially of the block 5 quads.
