Mab 53, there is no choice to join the community, all the owner have to by law. You all will own a part of the communal areas, ie pool and gardens etc.

You all have to pay for the up keep of these.

Some communties, if the owners do not pay their fees or often break the rules then the President has the right to not allow these properties to use the Pool. In some case they are even taken to court.

For supplying up to date information thank goodness there will be a multicultural society at SADM I am really looking forward to neighbours from other countries though a little over awed at getting to grips with the language barrier I have been told by a cetain Lady Linda that a glass of vino is usually a good start to communicating.  Where did you say your other property was?

No Pinada Golf is not right on the Villamartin course. A couple of the villas come close to one of the greens. It seems that anything in rifle shot of a golf course gets to have golf on the end of its name.
