Are you absolutely sure that they are not designer built holiday villas for two purchasers from Greenland ?

Its the Corvera fiesta starting from today and running through to the 11th October. There usually are posters up with what events are happening when so keep your eye out. Its a great event.

The quietness of this thread is a little disconcerting!!!

Hi Everyone

As owners walking round the course on Saturday we noticed some activity around the proposed shop area. We went over to do our nosey and found out the shop was being stocked. Half of the area is going to be a cafe selling teas, coffees and sandwiches.There will also be freshly baked breads,and croisants.. The other half will be like a corner shop and will sell fresh fruit & veg. The official opening is on Friday 16th Oct  at 7pm and anyone on site is invited to attend. The owner has indicated the shop may be open from Thurs if things go to plan. Hope to meet up with as many owners as possible as this will provide us with somewhere communal until our clubhouse is ready which has reached the second level of build now.

Less than a month ago, only the club house foundations were in place.

Hotel site was being cleared out (could be some time away.......).

Looking forward to spend some time around x-mas.

On Calidonia's Corvera website, under 'PGA Winter Headquarters' tab on left hand side, there is a Press Note about a visit to the site by Tommy Horton.  Maybe of interest.

Just returned from 9 day stay at Corvera. We completed on or Menta property.

Cant say it was easy but with help from Roy Howitt it was made somewhat easier.

Roy Howitts services well worth the cost.

Sit progress is great and looking good.

Have purchased furniture curtains ect and are visiting again very soon.

PS Shop open, Club house at second floor. Golf course open on the 9th November.

Congratulations on your completion and thanks for the update.  Totally agree with your comments about Roy.  Have you any update on the airport?

Comunication tower nearly up, entrance road being completed. plus connection to other major roads.

Lots of activity on site generally.

Took me 5 minutes from covera to entrance.

I did same trip and yes it takes 5 mins to entrance in car. But, by time you walk from terminal to carpark, get in car, pay ticket etc will prob take 15mins which I think will sound better on my rental info as 5 mins might put some renters off. (it would me).

Another piece of interesting news is the high speed train link from Madrid to Murcia and Cartagena will also route via Corvera airport.
