LMAO  MM    you are so twisted   you have just proven what myself and many others have thought, you make things up as you go along to try and make yourself look big/superior when in actual fact you are a twisted nobody.

I suggest you copy and paste the message I sent stating I had some money (apart from yesterday because that is the first time I mentioned it!). That way you can prove i'm a liar and your telling the truth .... I know that wont happen though and you'll come up with some silly excuse to try and justify your words.

I received SOME money a couple of weeks ago - also I never said how many properties we invested in or how much we have received back so I suggest you get your facts correct before shouting your mouth off yet again.  I (and everyone who invested) have every right to be on here and read what is said and make comments.... I have never pretended to be a know all (I'll leave that one for you) and I have never witheld information that would assist others... I have none!        

I dont talk on here openly because of how ridiculous this site has got, I find the site is not helpful like it used to be.  Just a lot of sneering from certain people who shouldn't be because we are all (supposedly) in the same situation.

I have succeeded in the same as I did before, proving to myself that you are foul mouthed, nasty and a liar that no-one should listen to!

Without having sight of the proposed agreement it is impossible to hazard a guess.  I do however, think the banks will vote yes.  

A lot can happen in five years. 

Just this year alone my daughter is divorcing, my father in law fell and has brain damage, my stepfather died unexpectedly.  My sweet grandson in five years has turned into a hormonal nightmare. I may even be dead myself in five years.  There was some good stuff to.  In 5 years the credit situation globally will be a different ball game.  More Dutch will live in Spain than in their home country (possibly).  Anything can happen and no one can predict it.

From my own point of view I feel I have nothing to loose by voting yes to the company staying afloat.  I keep options open and at the end of the day I dont have to complete if I dont want to.  Unless the agreement asks for stage payments it is not going to cost me anything to hang on in there.  No, I dont have huge legal fees.  There is a perverse side also in as much as, in my view, if the company is folded they get away with it all.

I also personally  feel that any legal action against the private wealth of the Directors will take at least 5 years and Spain being Spain even if you got the judgement, which is unlikely, that does not mean you will get the money, it will only cost one more.

I have not read or heard anything over the past 18 months or so, from any source, that has changed my view as much as I would like it too.

Hi Linda, good to see you posting again, now wait for the flak from you know who lol.   Anyway well said and its how i see it,   nothing to lose to vote YES  because i think we have lost everything otherwise.   Atleast like you say we will still have options as time goes on, otherway possibly a little or nothing atall.

Lets start having some positive thinking for a change, instead of the usual negativey and gloom. It may not work out for us but we can hope.  Maybe Mystic Meg could see it from other peoples point of veiw and respect that and maybe without the nastiness it could be a nice discussion topic with people saying how they see it with fear of the usual nastiness.
