Thanks Bull
What a lot of photos most of which I've never seen so it has been very enjoyable looking at them this morning. Makes me wish that I was over there now.
Has anyone any info re 4b? Is work going on or is 4 b still just a lot of holes in the ground with no work going on? Would be grateful if anyone can give us an update.
Thanks and regards

Just looked over there now, no work going on on 4b, no machinery present. They have been removing some earth since last week, but nothing now.

Two hours after my last post, a small digger was back at work removing earth, not sure if its for use elsewhere or preparing 4b.

Hey Guys,
The constructors of 4a are using a small area of 4b for storage and are also removing some soil from 4b to build up all the areas in 4a that need raising to finish the garden areas.
There are NO signs of construction in the area of phase 4b :(

I have just returned from Roda and can confirm that the home of my original purchase is now an even bigger hole in the ground and is being used for skips, storage and, it seems, the dumping of rubbish.
Earth has been taken out of the area and it is now one huge hole. It's quite sad.
I have tried to upload photos twice but it hasn't worked tonight - I'll try again tomorrow.
On the up side, I have just stayed in my 'exchanged' property in 3b and it is excellent. The majority of the snagging has been completed to a very high standard and while the apartment will never be our Cantil, it is now our very comfortable second home. My daughters can't wait to visit.

Good news is the builders seem to be working all hours even using floodlights.
Last Sat going down the 14th i can confirm all 4 cranes were working.
Took cycle round next day and it looks like most of the external work is complete.

I have been in touch a few times lately with Laura Saura who now works in customer services. I have been trying to find out when my apartment in phase 4 block 7 will be completed. The builders are telling her that all the apartments will be completed by the last week of May.However she informed me that she is meeting with the builders next Tuesday to go through every property in phase 4a.She asked me to contact her again next Wednesday when she will give me a more accurate date.Lets hope she has good news for all of us long suffering buyers.I will post again when I hear from Laura next week.Tommy and Kay.

Hi,
We were recently told by 'mortgage department', that RODA predict that completion will commence in early June for phase 4.
My concern would be the pace at which phase 4 is being built and finished. I have seen, on earlier phases, flaking paint work that indicates that wet plaster has been painted over.
Cheers!
