Hi All,

As we know the letters are on there way, one purchaser in Spain has confirmed that receipt of his and we will then be able to think and decide what we each want to do. Do we accept or decline the offer and what will it mean to each of us? Those of us without a BG are in a unenviable position for if SADM does not go ahead we will very very likely loose it all. Those with a BG will be OK.

So for those of us without a BG the choice is very important and the survival of SADM determines whether we can salvage anything out of this mess. 

I therefore say,

As far as i can see, even if it went ahead those that wanted their money back would have to wait a long time and only ge back 65% of what they paid, now that to me is a bad deal, what gives them the right to take 35% of my money and make me wait about seven years for the privledge from when we first put down a deposit, as i presume that they would still be drawing a wage etc over the time it takes to build hdt.

Plus on another note if as brian said he thinks that the banks and courts would not let it continue without bank guarantees, does this mean that san jose will have to pay all of our missing deposit money into an account to get these bank guarantees.

Dave are you suggesting there may be a blue moon in the sky ,a month of Sundays . a herd of pink elephants or is it those god damn low flying pigs again !!!!!!!! All of the above are more likely than a sensible  or realistic answer from Tony .We might as well ask the  flying pigs .

To my mind the question is a no brainer anyway .Of course they are not going to issue BGs ,if they were or could there would be no problem for anyone anymore but  they wont be,  because they cant .If BGs were on the cards Almu would be shouting it from the roof tops in order to safe her and HdTs skin.As much chance of them issuing BGs as the likely hood  of  the flying pigs ,pink elephants etc etc etc or Tony giving a realistic answer for that matter !!!!!!!!

I notice that it is those with BG's who ridicule saving SADM .They are safe and  donot and never had explained to any one on this forum how HdT be liquidated benifits purchasers without BG's. We all know from the liquidation of companies in the UK that creditors get very little if anything back if that occurs.  I am sure that we all wish that things were different but unfortunately they are not and we either save SADM and our money/properties or we can wave good bye to our hard earned money.

I for one am not prepared to wave good bye to it  and I believe that many of you feel the same way. So I say it again:

Save your money ,save your House, save SADM

I think you will find they have Tony on many occassions .You just don't listen or take on board the very good points that have been made  ! You really ought to shut up for a minute , take a step back and look at the bigger picture .You are really misguided on many issues .Time will prove this to be true  !!!!!!!

You have stated that you are not affected by the out come and that you would sit back and watch. I notice that you are most definatly not doing that & as you are not affected why are you so obsessed with posting? You post negative remarks, give no alternatives and I am afraid that you are crassly niave but you are doing all you can to try to get HdT liquidated.  I feel sorry for you, what are you going to do after May 6 when either SADM is going ahead or is not?

Tony, I have said many times I don`t have a BG and I want them LIQUIDATED. You are blinded by your desire to have your house .And I`m sorry to say you cherry pick which post you reply to..People have asked you valid questions on here and you have not replied, you prefer to use JA as a smoke screen and continue to spout absolute rubbish. If our situation wasn`t so serious it would be funny.

Here is a realistic overview of the situation, SADM will never be built, who is going to lend money on a block of concrete? It is delaying tactics by HdT/SJ and SARC are aiding and abetting the illusion. The Banks are one of the biggest creditors and as stated it is the amount owed that carries the weight of the vote. Your vote ain`t going to count! HdT are trying to hoodwink the courts into believing they have purchasers at the ready, this is for their benefit not ours.

When they are liquidated, their assets will be sold and the money paid to creditors at 100% not a paltry 65% in 5 years. I am prepared to take the chance of getting something back through liquidation than wait 5 years with this bunch of crooks still at the helm. It`s not that long since they were crowing about all their assets and it was just a cash flow problem.
