I have an ongoing hip injury which only a long accupuncture needle seems to be able to help so that i can continue jogging. It hurts when it goes in but the results are amazing . I had a load stuck in my shins once which was supposed to help a shoulder injury... now that was intense and i wouldnt reccomend.

I think the answer to your problem is to stop this jogging nonsense!

What you need to do is to chill out in the warm Spanish sunshine with a large glass of vino.

i am iains wife wendy ,Also hairdresser i have had my own salon for 16 years  and hope to do some hairdressing over in spain, maybe at home not sure yet.

i have been very quiet so far as it is very hard to prise laptop off iains lap, but he,s not at home at moment so i got a go on computer.

any way nice to know theres a few kids going to be on site ,william 8  says he will go to spain but he is coming home everyday for school

as he does not want to go to a new school never mind a spanish speaking one.he is having lessons but is very scared of moving.As for charlie 18 months hes really not bothered already saying hola

tina i have not sold my salon my best friend is my partner so she will just take over .I have not told any clients yet i may be going as a lot are like friends and family

i have done their hair so long some from me being 17 i am now 39.We are out there on june 21 till 24 we are going to look at San Cayetano school and an international one

in san pedro not sure what to do ,William is my worry we have only had 3 spanish lessons and worry about him getting behind hopeing when i visit in june i will feel better.

I know its a worry and you must follow your heart and send William to the school you believe is right. Just keep in mind lots of english kids are moving out and going to the local school and will all muck in together and support one another (the parents i mean). I decided against an international school as i was told by a teacher in valencia that bullying was much worse within these schools and it excluded kids from parts of what was going on in the local community .... afterschool clubs and sports etc Meaning many of the kids going to international schools were at a loose end whilst the local kids were doing things together. I was also told that the kids going to international school found their spanish suffered because they are taught in english and only learn spanish as you would here. Thats what i was told and im not saying that is fact but it was a factor i thought about. Then again my kids are younger and have not started school yet so its easier for me to make that decision. If anyone has heard different then please post. I looked at some international schools and all the glossy pages and wording were lovely but the brochures are not always the reality. I hope in June you find the right school and let us know. We would love to see William at the local school bonding with our kids but you are the only one who can make the right decision for your lad!!! On the general forum under kids stuff 'have i done the right thing by my kids?' someone has posted about sending their child to an international school and said it was a great experience... might be worth PM her and asking her some questions as her daughter was very anxious before leaving the UK, i think she was 10 when she left.

Hi Fello San Cayetanians,

Been a little quiet on the forum lately.

We are going out tomorrow morning to complete (fingers crossed ) and returning on 14th. We shall give you an hour by hour report on EVERYTHING. Infact I may even write a diary so you all have something to look forward to (Tina, Alex875)

This is what we have all been working for and we will all be satisfied in the end!!!

Having said that I am really scared that we have done the right thing but  I know we have deep down. Life is what you make it, so here go's.
