We are sat on the balcony of our lovely apartment relaxing and reading a book.........................
Then the loud dance music starts, I do feel sorry for the residents in the same block, cos its really loud over here

Which block are you in and where do you believe the music to be coming from? I do know that the contractors who are painting the buildings play their radio quite loud, but not so loud it would annoy residents.
