Hi Peeps
I don't think the article is anything to worry about, in our experience if there is a price crash it is good for buyers, but we got our azucena for a very good price any way so every one is happy only people who are planning to sell are gonna get the shortfall, but with this being a new development and not even built yet i think we can all relax sit back and be happy that whilst we are waiting the prices have increased, and even if prices did fall they will not likely fall below the price paid initially for the property. Lets just hope we are not waiting forever and a day for them to be built!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I too read the article what a load of twaddle (I borrowed the paper from a neighbour after swimmer's post)
think we are all ok
the press are great scandal mongers so take it with a pinch of salt
