Hi all, just back from Balsicas, the development is really moving along now...in the photo's i've just uploaded you can see the pool has now had the landscaping more or less completed, the grass seed is coming through now, and trees, plants etc have all been added, The last row of townhouses being built (directly opposite the pool gate) have most of the rendering on now, there is a pic of this row uploaded also.
The development is getting busier with residents now, and really taking shape, looking forward to getting back over in the very near future !!!!
