Have just completed on P/Beach first floor facing south outwards. When we came out to buy i don't recall the water treatment plant being an issue in terms of noise/smell. Is this still the case?!!

I think it will be an issue if you are renting your apartment out, i have heard of a number of complaints from paying guests, apparently the sewage is a magnet for mosquitos.

Thanks Drew Oh dear! As its been 3 years since we were out there can I ask, is this treatment plant 'round the back' of Pebble Beach? We are in 1.05 which as far as I remember is facing the park area. Incidentally what sort of rates are these appts letting for?

AJ, the water treatment plant was supposed to be put underground, another false statment by the developers, if your apartment looks out onto the park it will have the treatment plant in its view.

We are letting our apartment for 299 per week in the summer months, this year we are just about on track to cover our mortgage payments, fully booked July/Aug if you would like to see some pictures of the complex taken in May then look at www.spanishgolfaccomm.com

Drew

I have now heard that The Administrtor of La hacienda has said that the water treartment plant will be replaced by the end of the year by a kid's playground. If this is is true that's jolly good news! Especially for us facing south in Pebble Beach! Alex 1.05
