Info For Campasol Please

We have had a nightmare with MRI

it all started on the viewing trip when the representative took us to the wrong field and told us it was where Thallassa was to be built.

From there the nightmare continues.To cut a very ong story short ( omitting lots of the untruths told to us), after many wasted hours/ phonecalls and unanswered e mails  We came to an agreement . in which we were to change our unit within Thallassa and they were going to contribute towards the aditional cost.  8 months on we are no further forward and MRI have changed their minds about the money, saying they made a mistake and sorry !!

We have done everything based upon their advice ( ie taken MRI aftersales package joined the Capital Finance Partnes etc) and yet we are having to pay the price for their incorrect informtion.

Has anyone else had a similAR experience as I intend to compose a dossier upon them and present it to the consumer research programmes ( and also see my solicitor)  unless by some mirracle they honour their agreement

We are currently purchasing with MRI, although we bought key ready (on Al Andalus Resort). We noticed once home that the aftersales wasn't all it was cracked up to be, but we did keep being pestered to join the lifetime aftersales which we declined. I am glad we didn't buy off plan because at least we got to see what we were buying and it was ready so there would be no building delays.

The only delays so far was with Key Mare not presenting the contract to our solicitor for 3 weeks which held up our getting a mortgage.

Thank you all for your replys. I appreciate that many of you prefered to send Pms rather than post on the forum  - but then information is power! The sagas are interesting viewing.

We think that we have now come to an agreement with MRI -but then I have a nasty feeling of deja vu - so fingers crossed the dossier may not need to be usedby myself but if anyone else is having trouble and needs the info let me know
