Hi,

Does anybody know the value of a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex, please.

I paid my deposit in March 2005, I have not completed yet and I am finding it very difficult to find out if it has increased in value as the sales person predicted.

I would appreciate any information on this subject,

From reading the forums I don't think we can accurately find out the value of our properties without a formal valuation- may be able to if obtaining a spanish mortgage, but again, not sure how accurate those valuations are.  

One thing we have become aware of is it depends how much you paid - whether it was direct from Key Mare or through a sales company such as MRI, Parador etc as their costs are included thus increasing the property costs to the buyer.
