good restaurants in Villamartin, Orihuella, San Miguel..?

Anyone out there using Fusters to recover their money / execute the BG?? What kind of service are you getting, if any? (Sorry, synicism just keeps coming back and back and back.....) Had a good run last summer with them and managed to get something back but since the person who dealt with my claim then left (The week after my return - hope they are ok and not in the ACC footings - (stop it Sal)..., it's gone back to business as usual...

Yes we were directed to Fusters at the outset by Parador and used them to make 60k + vanish, getting short of patience now as its on the home straight to 4 years since that magic trick.

Fusters only managed to get bank guarantees for the later stage payments on two purchases and we did all the chaseing.

Very tempted to pull out as the money in the bank would be an oppertunity to buy elsewere and if we were correctly refunded with interest and all payments refunded  i think we should be due about 80k

I have been with Fusters in Vera for 3yrs,three weeks ago decided to pull out of ACC,only to find the Vera branch closed,now i am dealing with thier branch in Mercia of which has not been easy.

I'm in the UK and don't want to go back to Spain,i used to speak to an English lady in Vera there were no problems with communication,now dealing with Mercia i have spoke to the solicitor with difficulty and he does not respond to my emails.

I have had 3.5yrs of duff information and lies and it looks like pulling out is not going to be easy.
