Oil or Gas Central Heating

We received some paperwork as well from Polaris with the client form to fill in this morning. But no sign of any completion dates. We're in Jardin 5. Someone else on the same Jardin has mentioned that ours will be towards Sept time. They will be handing over approx 10 properties a day from May.

I am in Spain next week and intend visiting Jardines on Sunday.

Hopefully can get some info re; completion. We are on Jardines one and have also received CAM bank papers and forms for NIE but my solicitor is handling all this so have not done anything with them.

Could do with exchange rate boom !!!

We received the CAM bank and NIE paperwork last week but we are going to Spain at the end of March to do the NIE number with our agents.  We had a telephone message from PW yesterday and when I called them back today they were checking to see we had received the paperwork and particularly that we were arranging the NIE number. They also wanted to let us know that we will get a telephone call in about 2 weeks time with a completion date!!!!!!  They took the details of our solicitor as well.  It seemed to be a heads up that things are coming along quickly - maybe the message has got through that most of us were planning for a year end handover so were being caught off guard.

Our caller didnt mention a completion date but did ask about NIE number and for the Solicitors name and if we have our mortgage arranged and said they were just beginning the process of getting everyone's paperwork organised.

Surely they are not ready to complete in the same way that means in the UK. When we were over 12th Feb it appeared only Jardines 12 had grass and everywhere was swarming with builders and some of the Jardines were not fully painted so we didnt imagine for a minute the interiors of all were nearly finished. Our guide on that day said they would be released in '4-5 months even though it doesnt look like that now.' That would take us to July for the first ones to be available.

Just knew we shouldn't have planned a holiday for this summer!

We have a 2 week break booked in La Torre for the 1st 2weeks of August, as we are in Jardin 5 think this will fall a little early for snagging/completion etc. but would be nice if it all fell in at the same time. Booked flights last October, not expecting to be any where near completing.

Also received paperwork regarding NIE number and mortgage with CAM. Looks like Polaris are keen to move the whole process along to avoid any delays with mortgages etc.

I intend to complete the NIE paperwork and send it back shortly, however it does not ask for passport photos. I thought these would be required, it only asks for a copy of your current passport. Does anyone know whether these are required? Otherwise, I intend to phone Polaris over the weekend to find out. Why the rush (within 15 days) to send it back!!

However, I'm grateful that they're helping to obtain the NIE number, as it's one less thing to sort out.

I've also received paperwork delivered by UPS to sign.

I would like to know what the consensus of opinion is regarding CAM mortgages.  What are the pros and cons of using them?  If we are to provide our last 3 months payslip (i.e. Dec, Jan & Feb), would we be able to get a mortgage based on this - or do we need to provide the last 3 payslips prior to completion date?  If we get a mortgage in principle with CAM, will it last until completion date?

Your help with this questions would be appreciated.

Have also received the forms from UPS.  However after just completing them and put them in the return UPS envelope only to realise we do not have a tel number to ring them to arrange pick up. Has anyone else got this number, if so would you be so kind as to email it please. We went over last weekend to see the show homes and they are really looking good and have come up to expectations.

Hi we have tried this number- press 1 to track a parcel (which we aren't but tried it any way second time around- they closed at 2pm) press 2 if you have a card about an attempted delivery (we dont) remain on line for customer services but they are closed at 2pm.

I have been on the web site and now can find a schedule collection category and Monday is the next available time.

We have received the package for NIE numbers and details of Cam's builder mortgage but no info on completion yet, We have reserved at garden 13, so here's hoping it won't be to long before we are contacted.  E-mailed Cam banking asking for more details of the builders mortgage but havn't got a reply yet, will leave it a week and phone them if I don't hear back from them.
