Hi all 
We've got a snagging date for the 14th Oct and are due to complete on the 15th, but we have asked PW to move this to end of the previous week, so that hopefully it has been done for when we go out which will then allow us more time to shop. We are using Emma at snagitmurcia to carry out the snagging for us, as then any things that are identified can be properly followed up and checked.
In respect of any completion paperwork, I e-mailed PW this week, and was told that I would receive everything 1 month before completion, so roll on the 15th September. I'll let you know if I've got it next week.

No paperwork for us yet but we're feeling quite laid back at the moment! I suspect it may not last.......

Hi,
We haven't had anything other than official e-mail documents confirming appointments. We've been told other documents will follow. Will let you know when we receive them. Pretty laid back at the moment... Perhaps see you over there when we visit in Oct ?

Will post when we have the docs. We're out in September to sort out POA so we won't have to go out in October. It made sense for us in case there is any slip with completion dates. We're heading back out in January to start sorting the apartment out.

In the photos of the penthouses there are many identical trees lining the road (and some around the showhouse pool).
They are still like big twigs with very few leaves so I was under the impression that these were the orange trees (but I am not a botanist!).

We were just out at the weekend and asked about the orange trees - They are at the moment growing in the place which will eventually be the vineyard ( The north side of La Isla )

Yes I have found one - have posted it on Condado under Sep 16th. If you save it to your desktop you should be able to zoom in and see the oranges!
