Hope all is well with you and you are settling in nicely. We were out there last week in all that rain only to return home to the Manchester sunshine, how mad is that!!

Hi All - We were supposed to be completing on Friday but Just had email from solicitor saying the town hall will not issue the Habitation certificate for the 3rd but a few day later - Now trying for the 9th or 10th

Sorry you are suffering the dreaded lack of a Hab Cert, it is so annoying that you do all you are asked for completion just to have your hopes dashed by some incompetent people in PW or the Town Hall not being able to issue a peace of paper. 
Anyway rant over it will happen sooner or later.

Keep the faith everyone - it will all be worth it in the end - and, boy, will we have a good knees up to celebrate (someday, sometime but definitely in Los Naranjos).
And just to prove that we Scots are not as bad as we're often portrayed...............I think Jardin 7, Flat N622 solarium might just be the very place to start!! I might even throw in some crisps and pretzels, if my CAM bank account gets set up and someone puts some cash in it!!

Hi All - Does anyone have a magic email address for contacting PW about their completion and/or any other query regarding it? Every time I send an email, I either don't get a reply at all or it takes that long and repeated requests that I've almost forgot what I wanted to know - The thing is, we have Silvia dealing with our completion and I remember everyone who dealt with her on Jardines saying how good she is - Has she left? Or am I sending questions to her that I shouldn't be????? Any help greatly appreciated

Thanks phil & Margaret - The one for Silvia is the one we use, with not a lot of luck - I'll give Elisa a try, Silvia is obviously a busy lady, don't know what with, she can't be doing many completions without the HCs
