Has anyone had a valuation done yet on their property ( specifically on a quad ) for mortgage purposes? There seeems to be, looking at other sites, no guarantee that the valuation the bank places on our property will be the same as the current selling price of a similar one, which would suggest that if you were unlucky your banks valuer may place a survey value on the property of less than the current selling price. Has anyone had the misfortune to find this?
Also does anyone actually know Taray's current price for a quad villa ?

Good morning
Would anyone have the same information for the penthouse apartments. We purchased earlier in the year in block 1 for 169,000 would be nice to think that the price had increased since then.

Hello Sandra,
My partner and I went to visit our Penthouse in Block three in September and were told that the last Penthouse was sold at the grand price of 178,000 euros, therefore making us a profit of 9,000 euros. We brought ours January 2006. So you can image we are feeling very pleased and I am sure you will also.
According to our Solicitor, all is going well and completion will be sometime in January. Look forward to meeting you sometime in the New Year.

Hi All
It's been a while since the valuations were mentioned on EOS so I thought I'd bring the subject up again. Has anyone had valuations for mortgage purposes that have been different to the purchase price?

We were told that when banks do a valuation they always undervalue for mortgage purposes, however we have been offered a mortgage for the full amount we requested from Cajamurcia ,which makes me think that the value has gone up from the purchase price. (on a bunalow) So I would expect all the prperties will have increased in value to the same degree. Therasa from Tarray said that the cost of a bungalow is now 5000 euros more than when we bought. Hope this helps

Is there anyone in San Cayetano who could do us a big favour and pop into the Taray sales office and see if there are any penthouse appartments left for sale in either phase 1 or phase 2 and if so how much they cost.

we have one for sale, key ready, garden done, security grills up, utility room roofed, air con in, fans up, lights up, might even throw in a 5 person hot tub if you´re good
