Im with Martin as well (abolex)
I have spent minimum money and will continue to spend only what is essential.
As for the site going ahead being the best option. I am firmly in the camp that gives not a monkey's about the development of the site at this time.
I want to get as much back from this as i can, interest and compensation is a fantasy, having a drink in the clubhouse bar is also a fantasy.
Reality for me is to get back as much of my investment as i can....and get on with my considerably busy and profitable life.

Hi, not sure if you recieved emails i sent you,but we brought 1 property thru an agent and 1 direct from the builder, and so has my brother in law. Agent was ok, but doesnt have finger on the button all the time. Whereas you get it staight from the horses mouth if you go to the developer and also no commision to pay. All in all a better service, better properties available and alot cheaper.
We got a good deal and very pleased with developer.There was no pressure at all and the inspection trip and hospitality we recieved was 1st rate.
I have mentioned to Jonathan who we deal with and he said would be pleased to assist you if you wanted any imformation etc. Hope this helps you but if you need any advise from us please give me a shout.

Look. You were even more keen than I remembered, You sent me three emails telling me to go with san jose. I remember asking Jonathan about you in particular and he mentioned the commission you were offered by him for sales but he told me to come direct. Given that I didnt reply to any of your mails (as your mail confirms) and merely posted a comment on the board that I was considering buying you were very keen and quick to give my name to jonathan. You and Tony are as bent as each other. So stop lecturing about what people should do and keep your own counsel and let others keep theirs.

Joanie 666 you need to get you facts st8 lol an agent or not? You said i tried to sell you a property well did i? Now shame on me why? All these other so called agents/ salesmen, shopworkers etc etc is it shame on them, because now its all gone wrong they were naughty to try and make a living. Sour grapes i think. Also can you tell me the date that i tried to SELL you a property please? Put up the evidence for me to defend myself please.

Brianmags and Tonymal are not always who they appear to be becareful they stung me yesterday to get information from me tell them nothing not even who is representing you or what you want .They are on the SJ payroll SARC is a front .As for FIN where do you think he disapeared to think about it .

JA you are looking very sad now, you dont admit to the fact you have more than 1 idenity after you said to me that you would come clean. You make accusations about threats say you will prove then dont. Then when someoneelse isnt backing/agreeing with you then they work for SJ, you really are desperate arent you? Why not admit to everyone who you really are?

Joannie there are too many deals behind closed doors and it is still going on .It is just a contiuation of the corruption and underhand tactics of SJ .The trouble is there are still some on here who are feeding info back to SJ and that is harming all of us .No wonder Ana 's site only posts secure info regards legals . People have to be careful not thet SARC are clever enough to know what they do. SJ are just using them and will use every trick in the book to delay and decieve .

there's your proof. Unlike Tony I try and supply some evidence of what I say rather than spout a load of nonsense then when asked to quantify say ho hum and disappear!

Ummm ....
Been watching these postings of late and some of you (you know who) have taken it to another level !
Not sure why people need to hide or even have 2 ID's but there is no need to trust each other.
This is not a blame game between fellow purchasers. This is down to Solicitors, San Jose and the Banks - it is them that failed to issue the majority with a BG which would have been the ultimate protection.
My local MEP (qualified QC) has written to my old Solicitor to establish why they realised our funds to SJ without us having a BG - look forward to the response.
Be careful in stating too much in respect of what you lawyers have done or are doing in case SJ are monitoring.
1 Question - When do you think the Courts will make a decision - before Xmas ?
