JA, please be carefull in what you say. To compare me with a complete and under idiot is not acceptable.

Compare me with SJ if you wish, as they are clever enough to take money from people, do not supply what has been paid for and yet still some purchasers support them with more, more, more.  But, to compare me with someone who obviously drools over SJ is insulting beyond belief.

To use someone elses favourite term, I'll sue you. There again, those who say it don't.

A good tool to determine multi-aliases is just look at spelling and grammar. Those who can't tend never to learn and it is obvious. 
Please, I may make a few typos, but again please don't compare with someone who does not know the national language and how to write the words used in it.

Hi Fin,
I have seen my solicitor and I have a very stong legal case of libel against you know who. I am priniting of the posts and giving them to my solicitor to action in the next couple of weeks. Regarding litigation and court..hmmmmm Brianmags knows me quite well I can be a reall git! I have taken on a beaten:
Buckingham Council, HBOS, GE Finance, Norwich Unions, A Hospital and a nieghbour, so I am no novice when it come to court action or winning. I have never taken an action that I have lost and i do not take actio frivolously, only if and when it is warranted and justifiable.

Oh well I just thought that i would share that with you

As we can see from your last post Tony you have quite a history of antagonising people  even you own neighbours ! I bet they would tell the story differently You really are sad . I don't think you have a very "stong " case as you put it .i think you are full of bull.

Actually No. i have a history of standing up to bullies and beating them and showing them for what they are. You are a typical cowardly bully, hiding behind different names making nasty and false comments about any one who disagrees with you. I am sure that all can quite clearly see that and to be quite frank, are probably bored stiff and sick and tired of all of this stupidity.

Briando55 he has answered in a round about sort of way ,he has already spoke to his lawyer about the accusations .His legal fees must be horrendous by now always suing someone anyone ,except SJ of course cause they are the good guys and are going to build him a house real real soon . So just to summarise so people dont have to read through every post Tony has taken legal action about everything and everyone..even legal action about legal action.. and thinks this is some sort of commendation Malc cant read the posts which he sent to me on the other forum and still keeps on asking for evidence.   What Malc is using against me to make out I am some kind of monster is JA is also Garcia .For some reason when I am  at work EOS will not allow me to log in as JA  I wanted to ask someone a question  and therefore had to re register EOS would not re register me as JA  rejoin so I logged on as  Garcia in hindsight I should have said I was JA but posted with the same views  etc as I always have .My intention was not to deceive and I only posted a couple of times as Garcia while at work as I am mostly too busy .I apologise for this but I don't think it is crime of the century and my intention was not to deceive cause any harm. I am fed up with Malc blackmailing me about this. He knows about this because he befriended me in a pm and I did not make a secret of being both JA and Garcia I did not think it was a big deal as it was not to deceive. After befriending me by PM and me sharing some private info with him he turned on me and passed info on to others .I have never divulged anything some one has told me in confidence in a Pm .How ever private information was told to others and used against me by Malc and his friends this is why I don't like him .Once again I apologise to all for being Garcia and JA .You can all decide for yourselves who is nasty.
