In answer to your question probably not as the Admin are working to SJs orders and it is beneficial to both to drag it out. 

Good on you for trying to get some answers about the illegal practises of initial lawyers regards BGs not being issued however it was also agents who handed money over and said there would be no need for a BG also the agents in most cases who suggested the use of the "independent lawyers ".
I have been calling for everyone to contact MEPs and give individual stories .I have been continuously criticised and decried by SARC leaders who have on numerous occasions told people not to bother as they are wasting their time .We have to wonder why SARC don’t want people to do this surely any way to draw attention to our plight is worth while .
The thing about bringing this to the attention of MEPs is that like your guy they will concentrate on the illegal actions of SJ, the Lawyers who were representing us for the purchase, and agents many of whom make initial contact in the UK  and therefore come under UK legislation. Why then does Tonymal  (SARC) say not to bother with contacting MEPs  and ridiculing me for encouraging it .Does he have something to fear from any investigation this may bring about  ? 
Seems strange to me when we could all do with the help SARC are ruling out the very body that is doing great work under European human rights law to protect those purchasers involved in other property problems in Spain i.e. land grab, and demolition of so called illegal properties etc, Strange stance for someone who claims to want the best for all purchasers!

Hi mighty mouth   sorry JA I MEAN  i didnt see that post sorry,   Now can JOANIE 666 tell me where i said i would sell her a property? as she said thats what i would do, The date aswell, the other emails i sent her where i was supposed to be pushy ALSO PLEASE.

I have not tried to hide anything and im certainly not  an estate agent as she tried to imply.  

So if you are happy with something in buisness do you not want to recommend, we do it in our buisnesses all the time, we also give something as a thankyou,  but would never expect anyone to recommend us if they werent happy with us. 

So when someone is looking for a property and its a good deal you suggest something to them where they will save themselves alot of money. Do not have to take the offer.   Yes we may have got a thankyou for it but how many others were, also nothing wrong in it.

You would remember it was at the time when all was well, you even had Anna singing their praises, and everyone else saying how good the deals, properties and locations were. 

So now prove im a liar and im really a estate agent.  

JA  you tried to give the reason why you have atleast 2 identities, which i dont believe for 1 min.  Why not tell the forum why then they may laugh at your pathetic excuse aswell,   Also i thought the other site had closed down didnt know you could still access it, altho i may be wrong but there again ofcourse ANNA must still beable to.

I  have just read a great bit of fiction or was just a mental abberation. JA placed a very odd bit about Brianmags and I getting info from her  ........hhhmmmm very unlikely and to be honest I would not put much faith in any info she suplied me. As for this continual abusive twaddle about SARC being on the payroll of SJ  blah blah blah.
All she and others can do is try to discredit purchasers who are working for a sucessfull outcome and are totally independant of any external influence or finance. Anyway JA has a BG and it should be enabled soon so why is she still bleating on about SADM, SARC blah blah blah.

SARC is an independant purchasers organisation working for a positive conclusion to this mess!

I dont need to prove anything malc you have just admitted that you referred people to san jose for a financial reward. the same story that jonathan at san jose told me about you. technically that makes you an agent of theirs or as they call it a collaborator. case proved..you are dismissed and I only told the truth

This is getting a little silly and way off point. What ever outcome you wish for, I hope that it works out for you and can we try for at least a day or two to cut down the nastyness?  It is sad that there are some, who wish to encourage other purchasers to make rash decisions and to facilitate that they try to tarnish the credibilty of those who are trying to provide information and comments, aimed at helping purchasers make rational decisions.

All the best to you all and I hope that we can all get a positive outcome, despite the efforts of those who appear to wish otherwise.
