When yer keep sayin 'agreed', who are yer agreein that with.  Have yer got a secret pact wi sumbody ter tell yer the truth the ole truth and nuthin but the truth...............or are yer just guessin like them on 'tother website who have a secret source of claptrap inside yon builders offices.

Tell yer wot twigit...............look at how much information you av got from yon builder over time, and how much mess they got in by ignorin there customers best interests, and how they have got worse at dealing wi ther customers the more they tryin to save their necks...........and then if yer think its a good idea to give em more money..................get off to pedro's and ask him to mek yer a special drink to wek yer up.

Well, I have no idea what "twigits" is talking about half the time, but maybe that is just my ignorance and I am quite happy to stay that way

The majority of people who post on here are friendly and helpful, so please don't give up on us!  I think many people are getting very anxious, which doesn't bring out the best in them.

Ole Twigit (is that his real name?!) started putting posts on the forum which many people, including me, found mildly amusing and it helped take our minds off our predicament.  TonyMal and Brianmags have set up SARCO (you can find a link to their website from this one), and their aim is to get their houses.  Other people just want their money back, and some of them believe that what SARCO is saying isn't helping their cause.  Julie Anne (is that her real name?!) thinks that either Tony or Brian is posting on this forum as Twigit.  FIN (is that his or her real name?!) is referring to Twigit as being a coward, traitor or cheat, and I don't know why.  Maybe FIN will post on here and explain these comments?

Hope that clarifies a few things.  We really wanted our house, but can't afford to wait to see what the outcome is, so would like our money back please, especially as we have now found somewhere else in Jumilla that we are in the process of buying.  We are both retired and not wealthy so really could do with our deposit back!!  I am having a book published about my experiences, and other peoples, hopefully sooner rather than later, but suspect it won't be a best-seller!

Any more questions, fire away! (Sorry Twigit, that probably wasn't a tactful phrase to use!)

We walked to yon housing estate today, and came back along the road that leads from Santa Ana to Jumilla.  Walking into town, just past the Ermita San Agustin, there are a couple of large billboards on the left hand side.  Can you tell me which one was out of date and why?

If anybody is (still!) interested, there were a couple of chicas on site, one of whom we know as she is the niece of our very good Spanish friend, plus a maintenance guy.  Apparently a few people have been to look at the development recently, although obviously things are very quiet, and somebody pulled in as we were leaving.

Also, El Pinet was advertised again in the local paper last week, though all that they gave was a phone number, not the name of the estate agent.  They were also advertising Fortuna and Playa Flamenca.

Bless you for your kind offer - it made me smile, which is good as I have had a bad back tonight - perhaps walking out to SADM wasn't such a good idea after all!  However I suspect that I won't be trekking to Worcestershire as, despite all that has happened, we are having a good time in Jumilla.  Today was such a lovely day - we even had to take our jackets off as it was so warm.  Then we had menu del dia at Pedro's (the first one in town if you are walking from SADM), which was packed with workers when we arrived at 2.30, so we had to have a drink at the bar until a table became free.  Saw somebody in Pedro's who might have been Twigit, but he wasn't wearing his Para's beret.  We also saw two people when we were walking into Jumilla, who might have been Twigit in drag returning home with his carer.

Let us know what they say when you ring.  I may do so too once I have topped up my mobile.
