Mine is dated 18th Dec. It does not say anything about a Bank Guarantee because we never had one. I think it depends on the lawyer you have as to what happens now, That is why it is important for us all to stick together and make this a friendly forum.
Regards Chrissie

Hi Paul
I'm not sure how you have spent loads of euros trying to get answers if you haven't got a lawyer? Do you have an agent that you used to buy at SADM, and if so, can they help you?
As I posted earlier, we aren't getting any information from our Spanish lawyer, but if we do I will post it here. Our original agent hasn't been forthcoming either, and we are wondering if it is too late to get another lawyer, but we are now living on pensions so aren't exactly wealthy! It's a bit of a quandary - do we continue paying out money that we really can't afford in the hope of getting our deposit back, or do we write off a large sum, but know that we won't have to pay out any more money on what may be a lost cause? Answers on a post-card please!
Regards.
Sue

Sue, on a post card ,
I can not believe you are suggesting someone take advice from an agent that sold for and are behold to SJ /HdT . I can not believe you have not made the corrupt agents/ lawyers connection yet !!!!!
My advice to Blaggy is to get a proper litigation lawyer no matter how skint you are, it will pay off in the end . Good Luck!
Sue that is the worst load of bu - l sh - t I have seen on this forum.
God help us all if after all these months of discussion , this is the best advice you can offer those who now seek our help as they realise the chips are down .Many of these people are those who trusted in the SARC point of view and are now in a hopeless situation without proper legal representation or protection in this process .
Tony ! !!!!!! be ashamed ,be very ashamed regards JA

To Chrissie
I take it you have now given up on SARC and Tony and realise that you will not get your house .You now wish everyone to rally round for you and create a friendly forum .After the attitude you have shown in the past to others who tried to help you ! I must say that is rich !!!!!!! Regards JA

Hi Julie Anne
I can appreciate what you are saying, and fully agree that if you have the money the best thing is to get a good litigation lawyer, however the point that Paul seemed to be making was that he had no money available. Maybe I worded it badly, but if he really doesn't have any money left, is it possible that his agent might be willing to give some assistance on the basis that he or she didn't advise Paul properly? If you look at my post, I was asking Paul the question, and not suggesting that was the best way forward!
You will no doubt think that at my advanced age I shouldn't be so naive, however I still like to think well of people and refuse to believe that every single agent and lawyer in Spain is corrupt, although clearly many are! We think that our own agent was honest enough but incompetent - and certainly when the news first broke Stella seemed to feel a sense of responsibility and was very helpful, including driving us to Guadarmar when we needed to sign the POA. Since then we have found another property that we intend to buy, and this was through a different agent, so Stella hasn't been as good at keeping in touch, for obvious reasons, although her husband has been helping us a bit. Paul knows his own agent and only he can decide whether or not they are to be trusted.
Hopefully Paul will be given advice by other people on this forum and, according to his own circumstances, can then decide on the best way forward. Paul and Debbie, good luck to you whatever route you take, and I hope that you manage to get the money together for a good lawyer as that is definitely the only hope that you have, as Julie has correctly pointed out.
Regards.
Sue

Hullo ta all me listners,
Just got back from me daily dose of churos n chocolate and burr it's cowld an raing ere think I'll move back ta ole blighty "NOT"
Can a just mention how pleased a am that me radio show has become the most popular station on this ere forum thingy and can a also say that its gud that Julie Anxiety (not her real name) has had the gumption to start her own show, albeit it's got off to very predictable start with foul, intemperate language being sprayed in all directions but as a say, providing she stays on her side of the fence then this is fine by me.
However, a wud appreciate it if she’d stop mixing me up with wing commander Tony . Now a know that she, along with friend indeed, believe they possess psychic powers but I’d strongly suggest that they stick ta reality and leave the psychic mumbo jumbo to the fairground fortune tellers.
Just a thowt from an old soldier who’d like ta see............

Hi Julie Anne
An interesting comment from ole Twigit - referring to the weather today. ( I guess we need to find out whether Tony is in Jumilla at the moment!) It is indeed cold and wet here though not as cold as in London.
We have just come back from having coffee at La Masia - Twigit, which cafe/bar did you have your chocolate and churros in? If you would give us the name and/or location, we may be able to prove a point as far as young Julie Anne is concerned! As an old soldier, would you be agreeable to us clearing your name.....
Regards.

"a still ave enemies from the old days" - And from your own side, yes, once a coward always a coward.
How many comrades did you lead into the firing line in return for a few "churos n chocolate"?

Anyone working in the NHS should know. There again, some working there have trouble spelling their own name.
How many comrades does one have to lead into the firing-line to get a reward of "churos n chocolate"? Ask the resident coward, he may know.
