I ask EVERYONE to please respect the forum rules.  If you cannot behave like an adult in using these forums then you really are not welcome here.

There are many people on here who are genuinely trying to do something about their situation at SADM and it is important that everyone's efforts are repected.

Abusive conduct and unhelpful posting will not be tolerated.

Please alert me by PM immediately that any problems start up again on the forums.

Bit confused over your claim that unhelpful postings will not be tolerated, as far as i am concerned you might as well wipe 95% of the forum out.

Do not know really why Fin and MM have been banned, i admit they can be a little abusive and have had disagreements with them both in the past myself, especially Fin.

Depite this i basically agree with most of what they post and can understand why MM gets so aggresive, i too are very insulted by many posts that i read from the sarc leaders who i feel are on many occasions are actually rubbing salt into the wounds. In my opinion they come on this forum making wild unsubstantiated claims on various subjects and expect members to soak it all in and follow them blindly to god knows where. Just because they deliver there posts politely does not mean that it is ok. Polite bulls**t is still bull. I being a Yorkshireman prefer aggresive honesty too polite bull. I could paste and copy loads of examples of these fantasy sarc claims but to be honest can not be bothered. I have tried it before and have asked simple questions of them requiring only a simple yes or no answer and am still waiting.

Just my opinion and letting people know i am not happy with this forum becoming a sarc only area.

They have been banned because of their constant abusive personal comments to people. I agree with you in that many of their posts actually had good content but there is a way to post your opinions without resorting to rude abusive comments. Just lately whoever posted anything on this forum immediately became belittled, rubbished and verbaly atacked.

I too agree that most of the SARC comments are in my opinion only the bull given to them by San Jose which they absorb as gospel mainly because they are desperate to hear good news and that is what San Jose know, so they constantly drip feed them it. It makes me very suspicious when the company are happy to give SARC answers to their questions, are happy to hold meetings with their representatives yet will not under any circumstances meet with, talk to, or answer emails, fax's or letters from other purchasers leagl representatives. Why what are they afraid of? What have they got to hide? Do they realise that their spin will not be believed? It took them a year to give me a simple answer as to wether they had our original bank guarentee or not! They only gave me that because I threated to camp inside their main office until I got the answer.

It seems to me that the only people anywhere  that actually believe San Jose anymore are SARC. Only time will tell who is correct. In the meantime I wish them well and hope that everyone gets the outcome they wish for.

I feel i have been belittled and personally attacked by fin but at least i feel he was being honest and i knew exactly where i stood with him. Can anybody tell me SJ or HDT or who ever you want to call them have been honest with me ? Can anybody not connected tell me sarc are being totally honest with me ?

My point is i would rather someone be honestly rude and verbally aggresive towards me ( i'm a big boy i can take it ) than steal thousands of pounds off me.

It does'nt have to be SARC only

as long as those of us ( who are non sarc and don't believe anything SJ/HdT say can't say never have because 4 years ago I believed) keep posting, being a Yorkshirewoman myself I fully understand what you mean about stark truth, but abuse no thanks

I don't take that from people who know me never mind those whom I have never met and that was the problem as I see it, I know I too took abuse along with other folk whom I  know personally and could mention but as they have not given me permission will keep my big Yorkshire mouth shut

The problem is Ken, FIN was never honest, he never once gave a truthful answer to whether he had even bought a San Jose property. I've always been very suspicious of his motives it seems to me that his posts were only ever designed to wind up people. I feel I probally know who FIN really is, and actualy thought for a moment ADMIN were going to name him now that would have really suprised many people, if I was right about his identity, still one day I'm sure.

As far as MM's posts were concerned I could never get my head around whether she had bought at Jumilla or El Pinet, if she had a BG or not it seems she contradicted herself on many many occasions.

Just my humble opinions of course.

I totally agree with what Dave has posted where FIN is concerned, i am glad to see the back of him because i don't believe he was ever genuine, i really think he fed off peoples misery and i am relieved that EOS have seen through him!

I realise i am going to struggle to defend Fin so how about two easy questions.

1) Who has caused you the most grief ? SJ or Fin.

2) Who's name do you wish you had never heard ? same options.

My point is amongst all the bickering do not loose sight of who the real villains are here and in there absense who their puppets are.

Also to add that MM did mention in posts yonks ago, that she did have a property at SADM.  She had not bought this herself and she did disclose the history of how she found herself in this postion with the rest of us.  Unlike the rest of us, she had not choosen SADM.

I personally found that MM had a lot of good information to share and was passionate in her cause - and no doubt still will be without EOS - and we won't have the benefit of her knowledge.

Then obviously Justin has got his priorities all wrong.

Don't worry about the innocent pensioners who have invested to retire at this site and may not see the return of their funds due to the stalling tactics of what can only be described as idiots, and now time scales are against these innocents.

Perhaps these are the real issues that both forum users and administrators have missed, or maybe can't be bothered to consider!!

It is nice to see you debating the rights and wrongs of a topic. I truly believe that this forum is for ALL of the purcahsers to discuss and comment on matters together in a  nonabusive manner. It is unfortunate that some do not appear to abide by the forum rules and I believe that both had been warned on several occasions but carried on and then action was taken by Justin & it is his site.

Regarding the comments about SARC you are all free to make them & have your own opinion but I must point out that we do not just accept what HdT tell us but seek verification from other sources, as can be seen in our last report. That is why our reports are sometimes delayed.

jaqib, when was the last time I stepped in and did any sort of moderation on this forum?

I am quite happy to let the forums go their own way and not get involved.  With over 2000 active forums on the site it's practically impossible to keep on top of them all anyway.

However, I received way too many complaints from members of this forum so took a closer look.

Unfortunately I found that FIN was paticularly abusive and nasty in nearly all of his postings.  It is one thing to disagree with someone but there is no need to be plain rude and offensive at the same time.  The forum rules are quite clear and he was seriously in breach of them.  

MAGICMEG's account is on a temporary suspension only whilst we review her account too.  We'll review that one in the next few days and reinstate it if we think it's ok to do so.

jaqib, your own comment sof "when these SARC idiots are allowed to post their unsubstantiated drivel with no-one to question it" is also against the forum rules.  There really is no need to be so offensive and nasty towards other people.  You are all in the same boat and you should all respect each other's views and ideas.
