domiciled payment

Hi

I have had a domiciled payment taken from my Spanish bank account in august for 633,80 Euros.  Anyone know what this is. I thought it might be IBI but the amounts are different

Without giving us more information here,we are unable to assist you.Are you able to get a Receipt type of voucher from Internet Banking at all. What details appear on your Bank Statement. I have just received my IBI Statement for Euros 527.84 and Basura for Euros 135.00. I have  a Personalised Plan de pago where I pay Euros 352.08 and pay in April,July and october each year. This being a discount I receive from being on the Padron.

The amount is, as you say, probably the IBI payment - it is slightly reduced this year.  You should be able to check online what the direct debit is - or if not, just email your bank and ask them for the debit details.

Turns out it was the IBI payment. What threw me was that it was for a different amount to the bill. You get something like a 2% discount for paying on direct debit
