i can't believe you lot are moaning!!  the price you paid you will make a tidy profit and the wait is the only downside for you!  (only joking before someone shouts at me ha).

seriously, it just shows how much profit the developers can make if people pull out. the apartments will sell, even if a few linger a little.  We are very frustrated because when we bought 14 months ago, we could have purchased off plan ourselves but were told we would be in within a couple of months so paid the extra to have it straight away.  As it turns out, we could have been nearly in some of the developments we looked at so much cheaper at an earlier stage of development.   Just my luck

We paid a lot more than, I suspect , most if not all of you, and it still stacks up to us because it's in such a great area, location, and very high spec..

Anyone who paid around €200K has got it for nothing, and anyone who paid less than €200K should keep their head down as a possee is out looking for them.

It's the delay that's getting us all down and depressed together with zero communication from the Pee People.
