Does a bank guarantee allow us to successfully reclaim back the deposit we've paid?

After speeking to one of my spanish frends and strugling my way through the spanish news paper it seems we are about to get a new road bridge over the railway lines to the south of the development as work is about to start on the new high speed rail line dose any body have any information on the type of time scale we are looking at i think its verry exiting that we will soon be able to travel so rapidly to so many destinations

im not sure if your after the time scale on when the highspeed ave train will be in use on balsicas, but as far as im aware it should be useable by 2010.. woo hoo!  i actually caught a train to madrid a few weeks ago, which was a pleasent journey, took about 4 and half hours, but was very comfortable as well as being very scenic. : )
