I am just wondering has anyone actually completed on jardine 4 WITH a habitation certificate as of yet, I was over on the 18th of june to complete and ended up giving POA
to my solicitor. No problem there.
I did the snagging on the 17th of june and got a message from Polarisworld on the 26th to say the snagging was done and could I organise my snagger in spain to come and recheck the apartment,this seems very fast but the snags we found were minor things like cracked tiles and missing grout .
When I get the report from my snagger I will post it on this forum.
