When we purchased back in Nov 06 the deal with Parador Properties was €3000 cashback on completion.
Did anyone out there who has already completed have the same deal? Just curious to know how/when we get our hands on the much needed money!!!!

When we sjgned in October 06 we were offered 1500 euros on completion (cash back) Our solicitor has a copy of this agreement. We as yet have not completed and do not want to. So its all over to carols (angelbabe911) for drinkie poos.

Hi everyone
Just a quick update on the cashback.... received reply from Parador yesterday - we have to give them our bank details and they will forward the €3000 once we have signed the title deeds. Wonder if we had got it if we hadn't queried it??
Bit more money for the furniture budget

We've just come back from Spain, were meant to complete on 30th but still waiting for certificates. When we were at the notary office the bloke from Parador Owner's Club asked us for our bank details so that he could get the 2,000 euros we were offered into our account - I was quite surprised that he brought this up before we mentioned it!! Will have to wait until after completion (being done by POA now) to see how long it takes to materialise though!

I don't know if this will help anyone with Parador - or if any of you have had any success in getting the promised incentives, but I saw this link on the general site and recalled some discussion on this forum. I am not with parador, so haven't tried it, but a post on the general forum indicates that one person has had success.
