Good morning to you all!

We have bought an 2-bedroom appartment in Los Naranjos garden 3. 
The price was Euro 119.800,=
We want a mortgage of Euro 60.000,=

Does anyone know how much everything (like the notary / stamp duty / fees / valuation / mortgages fees) cost?

Welcome to "Living your dream".   If you look back on some old threads at the begining of July you will find a couple of useful ones  Budget Costs for completions and Fees for those who have completed.  For example here one Ptan has posted on there:-



Here are the fees I've been given for a 130,700 ( two bed ) apartment

AJD Taxes (1%) € 1,307.00
Notary € 1,200.00
Registry € 500.00
Legal (0.8%)+VAT(16%) € 1,212.90
Utilities € 400.00
Total € 4,619.90
