Any residents near block 275.

Hi everyone. So I've just put a deposit down on a 2nd floor apartment in block 275 the one still being built.

Only just found this website and already found out a lot of info, wonder if I could ask a favour over the next coming months, polaris world have stated on the contract that the block will be finished by July but I know the way the Spanish work and it will be more likely august-september.
If anyone is passing by a could get a few pictures now and the and post them on here so I can at least see how much progress they are making.

If you contact Resortalia Terrazas community organizers,  leave your email address with them you will receive weekly reports & pictures of the resort. The pictures show the work that is carried out on the complex, & the building work on the skeleton blocks.

Hi Rich, Did you look at some of the apartments that are already finished. One was sold recently on my block (288) for € 64,000, Did you buy direct from Polaris & what sort of prices are they now charging. Andrew

 Hi Andrew, yes I have viewed several furnished apartments my friends daughter has one in block 276.

I have just paid €53.995 for mine direct from polaris world which I'm happy with.

Hi Richard, we've been here for 10 days and they are working hard on the block, the roof area has been painted white and the seem to have started rendering the top floor walls
I took a picture from our Isla apartment, just need to figure out how to send you it

My friends is currently out there and today purchased an apartment in block 275 too, so another one sold, my brother in law is also interested...... I should be on commission.

Hi Richard have just got back from spain yesterday have been keeping an eye on your block I walked past every day they have plenty of guys on the block,they were concreting the parking bays last week and the whole of the front and sides have been rendered,they seem to have started fitting out the apartments,it has moved on quickly in the three weeks that we were there,I was talking to Maria from Polaris she was the lady who we dealt with when we were buying and she said that they will be completed in eight to ten weeks,and looking at the way they they are progressing I tend to believe they will meet the dead line,but I have to say that it really is a nice place to be I walked round every morning and you can see what your rates are getting you the place is immaculate,I know that we are paying a bit more than I expected when we bought but having said that I'm really pleased with what we got, when your ready to furnish let me know we have dealt with local companies and have had great service and would reccommend them,they were Spanish and they were a bit more expensive than most but you get what you pay for in Spain,real quality and great service.hope this reasures you a bit more won't be long youll have your feet up on your balcony enjoying the views and the sun cheers mate regards Laurie

Thank you Laurie for taking the time to reply, good to hear that progress is still going at good pace and they are on target to complete on time.
Maria is who I'm also dealing with she has been very good up to now.
Looking at coming out mid July so hopefully it will be completed, I'll be looking for furniture at that time so thanks for the heads up I'll be in touch closer to the time.
You are right we do pay a fee but it's well worth when you see the amount of work it takes to keep the complex looking so good. The more people that buy/holiday on terrazas will help coppolas going and attract more business onto the complex, I'm fully aware this won't happen overnight and it will take several years in the current climate but that doesn't matter as I'm not going anywhere for a long time.

Am currently in Spain, come over with a friend also looking to purchase. I was dealing with Ellen at Polaris world, she advised yesterday that only 2 properties remain for sale in block 275, she also said they may be just a couple of weeks behind. They were working on site Sunday and bathrooms were going in when we were there.

I met Ellen the first time I looked on terrazas she was very nice, I'd heard that they were selling well a friend of mine has also purchased in block 275. Progress does seem to be going well and a couple of weeks behind by spanish standards is in reality ahead of time ;-).
