Have recieved a letter explaining my apartment block 5 is now ready so i can take possession of keys at last! just need to arrange a date now looking like end of july as bust up till then. look forward to meeting my neighbours!

just moved into my apartment in block 5 last week. I am the first to sign. There is still alot of work going on but internally the apartments are of a very high standard. Any problems I had the builders were over in minutes and when they say they will fix it in the morning these guys mean it!!!

everything looks good. i´ve been getting to know the area the past few weeks. there are a few different areas to go and have a meal etc. best bet is to ask around. I get most of my info off the lads in the the irish bar that is next to the apartments.

so is the area lively in places then on a night?! Am waiting to here back from my solicitor on when they will be signing on my behalf,have been waiting few weeks now nobody has got back to me. nor do i have any info on the mortgage and bank details i will bew paying into,do they give you this when the solicitor has signed for you,does anyone know!

dunno about the mortgage but I'd imagine that the solicitor will get all those detail off you a few days prior to signing. If you mortgage is with a spanish bank then im pretty sure they (the bank) must be present at the signing.
As for lively places well that depends on your defination of lively! :-) If you are looking for the 'playa del ingles' or 'santa ponsa' type of lively then you must go to torrieveja or playa flamenca which are 20 minutes away.

Apparently Rojales is quite lively on friday and saturday nights and there is a free bus at 2am to take you to a nightclub in Guardamar.
We had our bank account set up before signing but we also got our mortgage through the same bank so we new before our solicitor signed how much we would be paying each month.

I've always wanted to give Rojales a go on a weekend night but someone I met said that the local bars are quite intimidating. I think I may have to find out for myself when I'm over next week!!

If you go to Bar Studz in Bennimar tthey can tell you the best ones to go to, All the staff in there are really friendly and always happy to help.

yeah when i come out in august unsure of the exact date as yet but im going to find out all the best places on a night thats the first thing im going to do! Hope i dont keepanyone up with my late night partying!!
